It is the Best Place he could be Living at! We talk everyday of his wonderful experiences there, the Staff, Absolutely Great Food and Surroundings. Everyone seems to know him and he Enjoys helping out whenever he can - the Staff and the other Residents.. SO Very Thankful he is there! Couldn't be a more Perfect Place for him! The Staff is Very Caring. The Place is kept up Beautifully and I believe the Fee is Very Good for All they Offer.

We left there 6 months ago because of a terribly noisy resident above us. They refused to move us to a top floor. We are now in an apartment and very happy. I would not recommend because we felt that all they cared about what getting you in and then nothing mattered. The residents are lovely, but many have moved out.

My sister is happy there as it was more suited to her age and preferences. She loves it but needs bus to accommodate scooter and better maintenance. I would say it's friendly place/ staff care about residents, pretty outdoor/ landscaping, good food.

My loved one is a current resident at Holiday Regency Residence. Overall, everything has been great at this facility. The facility is clean and the people are friendly. But the food needs to be looked into, a re-do of the menus. All in all, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

What stood out to us about this facility is the very caring staff and welcoming committee. I think if they had some younger activities, it would be good. My dad is 65 and I feel the activities that are there are for much older people. My dad doesn't participate in the activities because they are more for older people. Housekeeping is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The food is inedible and horrific. It is greasy and unhealthy. People are moving out left and right because of the food. It is awful. We do not eat there. The first two weeks we moved in it was decent and often good, then they had a huge budget cut and the food went way downhill. The facility is dirty. They advertise a heated pool and that is not true at all. The outside is not maintained. The fencing around the pool is rotting. The dryer vent is a major fire hazard, we have brought it up to many staff and they have done nothing. the washers and dryers are not in the rooms. We have a balcony that is full of mold and mildew. They are taking people whoa re mentally impaired and it is supposed to be independent living. They will cheat you every month on the bill so look over it carefully. They do not do month-to-month leasing, it is 6-month leases so then you are stuck. We cannot wait to move out.

The staff is so helpful with all questions of giving great answers of questions so you don't have to ask again. The location is great and the facility all though old it is clean and well kept. The resident here and very friendly and welcoming. The activities are useful. Mind and body challenging. The dining service people are very kind and personable.

Get the job done. So I don't have to worry about the daily living activities, like cooking, maintenance and transportation. Social interaction is one of the main reasons I am here. Increases mental stimulation.

I feel safe, I feel comfortable. My puppy loves the people that live her. Residents and staff are very friendly. I enjoy running the community country store. The food is good and portions are good. Overall this is a great place to live.

I have lived here for 1 and a half and the very first day this was home. Higher brought me here and couldn't be happier. The grounds are beautiful. I walk the building 3 times a day and enjoy it every time.

My parents are very disappointed with the food. It's not bad, but it's not good, and there's not much selection when you have food delivered vs. eating in the dining room. They often get orders wrong. They don't pay attention to dietary concerns or timelines of serving food for diabetics, which can have serious health consequences. I understand they're short-staffed, but they're not listening to our concerns regarding the food. It is a good place otherwise The staff is friendly and helpful. And the apartment is nice. It's a good size and very adequate for senior needs. The food/dining just needs serious improvement.

Everyone has been super friendly and pleasant so far we have no complaints there. We are still adjusting to the big move so we have not taken advantage of any activities, but the meals are good wholesome well cooked meals. No matter where you go it is expensive but the value here was way more reasonable then any other surrounding communities. We have a huge living space, huge master bedroom with a walk in closet and extra walk in storage unit.

My mother moved in to Regency Residence in Port Richey Florida in [date removed]. Since then, the place has changed hands and it been a disaster. Not only for my mother, but most residents. There is no organization, no rules being followed and much more. Covid recently put the place on lockdown. No one wearing masks to help prevent spread. They are very short staffed. Every time I speak with my mother I get so upset that she is living in these conditions, especially with the amount of rent the people are paying. Prices are going up? For what? Bus for the Residence has had mileage cut from 12 miles to 5? It's very sad that residents who wanted to be in a nice place to live are not getting what they paid for. Broken elevators, broken front door for anyone to walk right in. No one at front desk most of the time. Someone has dropped the ball!

I'm very happy here. The staff knows everybody, and everyone is very friendly. There are no reserve spots for meals and you're able to sit anywhere you would like. The community is receptive to recommendations from the residents. There are lots of activities and a new activities director. The community allows pets.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and it was okay, they still had some restrictions at the time so we did not get to see everything they had to offer.

A warm friendly greeting by everyone we met. [name removed] took my friend and I straight to my apartment choice and explained everything I had to ask from my own list. I met several residents again today like I did yesterday with [name removed]. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel so special. I don't know how I'll wait 'til the end of the month! Clean, fresh, well-orgainized. Definitely my kind of place! I'll feel so safe as well as plenty of opportunities for interaction with residents and staff. The menus look enticing. I went staight home and began sprucing up my house to make it sell faster! Thank you, one and all!
