Regency Park Oak Knoll

I was very happy with my mother's stay at Regency Park Oak Knoll. I was particularly happy with all the activities that they offered. My mother is still quite able-bodied, and they paired her with a group of similarly active people. Everyone on the staff seemed personally invested and treated residents with a genuine kindness. I miss visiting with them. I highly recommend Regency Park Oak Knoll.

Regency Park has been a great place for my Mom. As a designated provider for Memory Care, it provides the right type of experience, care and activities. We have been really happy with their service and am glad we found them.

The community is very family oriented. It is a smaller community which means more attention on my husband. They are efficient, very thorough . I always can depend on them when I need their assistance. They are like my second family.

The transition from home into care can be filled with stress, especially regarding the unknowns. The staff at Regency Park Oak Knoll supported my father and our family throughout the move and beyond. The staff is warm, reaponaive, and caring, creating a home where residents and families feel welcome and known. Every visit left me feeling reassured that dad was where he needed to be. All the staff here is wonderful! We placed my mom in the perfect facility for her. Everyone is very caring with her needs. I especially enjoy the parties and socials they have with the families and friends.

Regency Park Oak Knoll has been a great experience for our family. My wife has FTD with Aphasia. The staff at Oak Knoll do a great job in providing caring, professional care for her. We looked at five other facilities and Oak Knoll was the facility that best suited our needs. Highly recommend.

My wife was a resident at Regency Park up until she passed. The facilities and staff there are excellent. Everyone always has a smile and is very helpful including getting my wife in and out of the car. The nursing staff is excellent also. Food and activities were wonderful. Highly recommended.

We love this place. They are very attentive to my Mom. They keep her busy and they have great activities and parties for the residents. All the staff here is wonderful. We placed my Mom in the perfect facility. Very Caring!

It’s never easy to place a loved one in a long term facility..in our case for memory care. The people at Regency Park Oak Knoll are kind and very understanding. Every day they work with such incredible patience and do their best to make residents feel comfortable and there is always something to do! The food is good, location easy and my mom’s room is always clean and orderly. I appreciate the homey feeling and staff are always there to remedy the situation when things get a little agitated, as they sometimes do. I’m very thankful for finding Regency Park Oak Knoll.

The entire building is memory care with a large outdoor space and a pond. The rooms come furnished which is a bonus. We really liked the atmosphere over there and it smelled nice. I believe they were doing a “tai chi” class when we visited.

The staff at Oak Knoll is uniformly trained to provide the best possible service to the residents. I think they go the extra mile to make sure that people who suffer from memory loss, like my loved one, can experience a reduction in the anxiety that people with Alzheimer's/dementia typically experience. I think they're tremendously comprehensive in their approach. Everyone is so caring toward the residents. It's the best one can hope for regarding care of their loved ones who are experiencing extreme memory loss. My loved one tells me the food is good, and I see that they have a varied menu that changes every night. They have some staple dishes that stay the same and then some specials that are offered. They keep the activities stimulating and encourage the residents to recall memories that they find appealing and positive to reflect on. I think that helps with overall anxiety reduction. Memory loss is a terrible thing and understandably generates a lot of anxiety, and they do a great job with their staff training, from top to bottom. They all seem to be on the same page as to what they're supposed to be doing.

My husband recently stayed at Regency Park Park Knoll in Pasadena, CA. At the time we were not sure if it was for long term residency or a short respite period as we were waiting to see how my husband's condition progressed. Fortunately, my husband's conditioned improved during his month long stay and was able to return home. The facility is clean, warm, and welcoming. I especially liked that my husband had his own room with an outdoor patio. I visited quite frequently and always found the employees to be caring, helpful and friendly. I also had an opportunity to meet some of my husband's new friends and they all seem happy and well cared for. They have numerous activities each week if the residents close to participate. I highly recommend this assisted living/ memory center if you are in need of a caring community for your love one.

Getting my parents, who were declining from dementia, into a safe placement during Covid was a challenge. Luckily, we were put in touch with Regency Park Oak Knoll. The entire team there gave us the support we needed to make this difficult transition go as smoothly as possible. During the 6 months that my parents have been there now, their health has really improved. All of the staff we have met are genuinely friendly, cheerful, patient, attentive, and well-trained in assisting individuals with dementia. My folks are kept stimulated each day with a variety of activities. There are also special trips and events to look forward to. They enjoy the food and attractively landscaped grounds. From day one, I had peace of mind knowing that my parents were safe in good hands, and in a very well-run care home.

I'm very pleased with Oak Knoll Regency and the care my Dad is receiving. Their activities are very well done. The staff has been good to work with and they have done a great job during Covid restrictions. I highly recommend Oak Knoll Regency.

Large, beautiful courtyard with fountain. (Lots of activities are held out there.) Entire building is Memory Care, so residents aren't confined to just a part of it. Rooms have lots of storage space, but aren't finished as nicely as some other places. Some furniture (bed, nightstands, dresser) is included. Many employees have been there for many years.

We moved my Mom to Regency Park Oak Knoll about 14 months ago from an independent assisted living facility. She needed more care & to be in an environment that catered to individuals with memory loss. Loved ones of several friends had been at Regency Park Oak Knoll and they were all very complimentary. Our experience has been quite positive and I would highly encourage any families considering a memory care community for their loved one to look into Regency Park Oak Knoll. The staff is caring, considerate & well trained. They are very resident focused & take the time to understand each individual's needs. Activities are numerous & provide the residents stimulation & companionship. The facility is well maintained, has a large outdoor area & the atmosphere is upbeat. During the Covid health crisis, Regency Park Oak Knoll has worked hard to keep the residents safe while enabling communication between the resident & family members. We are so thankful for Regency Park Oak Knoll!

Regency Park Oak Knoll is a great place for early and moderate state of Dementia patients. It runs as assisted living style. The facility provides many activities, event and outings for residents.
