The number of staffs for the memory care unit is great. The rooms are huge in memory care. I highly recommend Reflections at Carolina Forest for those looking for memory care.

I wish the food was better, and that they had more activities available and that it was more cheerful. The care is good. Room sizes are nice. I would recommend, but also advise people to check out other places as well.

The folks I met with were very upfront with no sales pitch. The tour was well done, they provided a solid impression of the positive aspects of each community and exhibiting the one aspect of each that was less than a five. Specifically the structure of the physical plant itself. The community is well maintained but older and limited in design. It was also further from family than we wanted.
Reflections was nice but they wanted [price removed] a month out of our price range.
I liked this facility because it was smaller and family owned. They do keep my mother busy with activities and it is always very clean. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I did not like the ambiance or vibes of this place.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience it was one of our top choices.
The small size of the facility and the sense of community feel is what really sticks out to me about Reflections at Carolina Forest. The staff members really go out of their way get to know their residents as well as their families on a personal level. I would definitely recommend them to other families who are looking.

Overall it was a good experience for us. The staff were great to work with, and were responsive to questions or concerns. The food was great. They tried to have activities each day for the assisted living area and it was a bit more difficult for the memory care area.

We had a virtual tour with Reflections at Carolina Forest and it was fine but not compelling. It was hard to get a good feel on it.
We chose Reflections because of the convenient location. The room sizes at the facility are pretty good. The staff members are all very friendly and they take care of the residents and the visitors. I really like that you can come visit whenever and take your loved one out whenever you would like, you don't have to set an appointment or give any advanced notice. I would recommend to others looking.

Very nice and new beautiful facility. Very nice rooms however it didn't really have a kitchen in it and my friend really wants a kitchen. It does have a small fridge but you can't bring a microwave. Very nice PT room.

We chose Reflections at Caroline Forest because it was smaller facility, he was in memory care so we felt he would get better one on one care with it being less people. My daughter in law also knew the owner here. The room sizes here are very spacious. Overall, I would definitely recommend and we would choose them again.

This is a pretty nice community, and everything went well during our tour of it. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community was nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff was cordial, and helpful. They answered our questions. The experience was a pleasant, but we did not feel this was the right fit for us.

Everything is working out well for my mother since her move to this community. I do feel comfortable with her move to this facility. She is safe, and in good hands. The have a good staff, and I knew she is receiving good care. Out of all the communities I toured this was the cleanliest. I'am satisfied with this community, and I would recommend it to my friends, and family.

Things are going well for mom since she made the move to the Reflections at Carolina Forest. She is still adjusting, but the staff is doing a good job taking care of her and making her feel welcome. I don't live in the same area as her, but from what my brother has told me it's been a good fit and we are happy for that.

A Place for Mom has scored Reflections at Carolina Forest 9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
