Staff turnover was very high and training and support of memory care staff was inadequate. My parents moved 12 months later due to concerns about food and mom's safety For assisted living I could recommend Queen Anne but not memory care. I'm fine having my name on it. My dad had many conversations with management prior to leaving since moving is really challenging and we all hoped Queen Anne Manor would work out.

Our family had an in person tour and we had a wonderful tour experience
Queen Anne Manor is pretty much at the top of list compared to others we have been in. The staff and community stand out to make this a wonderful place for my loved ones. The food is being delivered currently to the residents' rooms due to the pandemic.

This community is pleasant and that the people are nice. This is also in a very good location. For people who still walk there are a lot of stores and restaurants near by, including a grocery store and drug store.

This community was very nice. It was a smaller community but it seemed very nice. It had that homey feeling that you look for in a community.

The facility was in a great location, They took great care of my Grandma, and she was able to do things she wouldn't have been able to do by being there. The staff made sure she felt at home. I would defiantly recommend this community.

It has a kind of traditional feel being It is an old building that has been remodeled. We chose this community because this is the one my mother picked for it felt homey. My mother loves the food. I would recommend this community to other families. I have had some issues with the administration and that has been frustrating to deal with. But the caregivers, nurses, front desk staff, cooks, dining staff , and activities person are all really nice.

July 27, 2020Thank you!
I helped my elderly neighbor move from her home to assisted living. I have been really impressed by Queen Anne Manor. The facility is really beautiful, clean, and well maintained. What is really important to me, though, is the level of care. The staff here is amazing. The director is extremely involved in the well-being of every single resident. Everyone here truly cares about the residents and it shows in how they treat them and how involved they are in their wellbeing. I know that my neighbor is in great hands here. They also have several activities each day so it's a fun place to visit.

I went on a tour here it was clean and beautiful. The staff seemed up to par. They had a good level of care. It was a little to clinical feeling though. The room mom would have gotten was on the smaller side and it was more expensive. I would recommend families tour communities and speak to the residents before choosing a place.

The Queen Anne Manor was really a wonderful program and offered a very strong program for Alzheimers patients. Really very structured and carefully organized memory care programs. Very attractive center.

I met with [Removed] and was given a good tour of the memory care part of the facility . He did a great job. Nice enough place, but it is also going through some important upgrades. They are in the process of renovating (painting) so it will look better very soon. They are also adding an activities professional for the memory care residents soon. Nice outdoor spaces and beautiful old stately building. I'm waiting to get details to them from my mom's existing facility before getting a financial estimate but the just the rooms start at around 5800 - 6500 with no care and go up from there so I'm expecting 10k+/month.

This community was a little to large for our loved one. She felt like it was over the top. The community was clean and the people we met were nice. She felt that she would get lost in this larger community.

It was a really nice place to see but the age of the community did not seem appealing. i did not get the feeling of being cozy and comfortable for my loved one. Everything else was nice. It was clean and the staff and residents were all nice.

We had a very good experience with this community. They did a very good job caring for my father and his needs. The owner, and the nurses were great. I was comfortable with the care he was receiving. My family was very pleased with all they did for us. This is a lovely community.

During our tour of this community my loved one and I noticed that this building resembled an old haunted building. It felt just like a mental asylum and gave my loved one and I too much of and institutionalized feeling. The lady who gave us our tour was very friendly and took her time showing the facility to us, it just was not the right fit for my mother.

A Place for Mom has scored Queen Anne Manor 6.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
