I would recommend. But they need to work on billing and invoices. Also, they need better maintenance management so paint gets fixed, appliances not working get fixed and there is a schedule like a home for ac/heat filter changes.

The staff seems nice and try to engage the residents in all activities. They seem to be patient with the residents. I really appreciate the security that is provided. I believe, just what I observed when I visited, that there should be more care taken for the residents rooms and restrooms. The dining area is cold and uninviting, and it takes way too long to assemble all the residents to eat. For the price, food should be much better.

They are taking good care of my loved one. I would recommend to others. It's very clean. There is great information at the reception desk. They have beautiful apartments, super food choices, and lots of activities to choose from. They need more help for the maintenance crew. It's a little disorganized getting new information to new guests and following up to make sure they understand.

Everything is great. Mom is very happy here and she has a very spacious apartment. The facility is very clean open and vibrant, all of the staff and residents are friendly. They have a 7AM-7PM dining room which she really likes. There is a lovely pool as well and children are welcome. It is a super nice place. My only complaint is it took them 79 days to get her dishwasher working. It is finally working. I would absolutely recommend Quail Ridge to others, I give them all high marks.
When they first moved in the facility was about a 4 but it has declined since they have been there. I do think they are overpriced, especially for the size of the room she is in, it is very small.

Quail ridge on the surface appears to cover every amenity. However when my dad’s health condition declined they failed to inform me that it was more than they were qualified to handle instead they tried to retain him for the extra month rent after a tesident’s passing that their contract locks tenants into. The nursing home I moved him to offered a refund for the remainder of the month we had paid after his passing. Quail Ridge is still seeking payment for the month after we did an emergency move for my father.

My dad has a nice studio in the assisted living. The staff is great and they are doing everything I've asked them to do for my dad. We have the dressing and undressing service so they were quick to learn dad's routine of when he got up and went to bed. The food service is really good and the manager of the kitchen met with us when we moved in and told us if dad didn't want to go down to the dining room he could call and get his food delivered to the room or if he wanted something not at meal time he would get that as well. They come in weekly to clean and if we need any additional cleaning to just call them. He enjoys the daily activities and when the weather is better they have 2 seperate patios he will love. I would recommend this community.
