My visit to Putnam Ridge was excellent. I felt welcomed and the staff was very kind, friendly, professional, and helpful. They managed everything greatly. Also, the facility was lovely, quiet and clean.

My stay at Putnam last year was a wonderful experience as the receptionist was friendly and the staff was kind and caring. The facility was clean and relatively quiet. I was very comfortable and well cared for. Thank you, Putnam Ridge and all the staff members for taking care of me.

It was great to get and see my mother today. She was so excited to see me and my fiancé. We also had her take a little walk around her section. Then we sat and talked for nearly an hour. And on top of that the staff was friendly and very helpful.

It has been almost a full year since my mother was admitted to the Memory Care unit at Putnam Ridge. I continue to believe that, since this unfortunate decision had to be made, I couldn't ask for more from a facility when it comes to my mother's care. I don't announce my visits in advance. On each visit, I've found my mother to be clean, content and well cared for. The facility is very clean, the staff are pleasant and professional, always engaging appropriately with the residents. I'd also like to praise the hairdresser retained by the facility. She is very compassionate and does an outstanding job.

We are blessed to have such a wonderful staff of people I’ve seen some places that are scary I sleep well at night not worrying about how mom is being cared for. Thank you for providing my mother with the comfort and care she deserves.

[name removed]was a wonderful nurse and all of the nurses asdistants were very kind. Special thanks also to the dietician who really paid such close attention to all of one's needs. Although our loved one Sue was unable to do much physical therapy the department tried so hard to help her, much appreciated. Overall really appreciate everyone's help and care.

Close to perfection. I am an 84 year old male here at Putnam Ridge for a three week period of physical rehabilitation. Management is excellent. All phases interdependent and interrelated. Nursing and all aides "Beyond the stars". Very caring, helpful at every turn. All staff are very experienced and happy to work at the facility. The gym, the envy of many colleges, is staffed by 8 women who give their all to helping provide cheerful instruction and wonderful cooperation for patients. Food service has improved greatly while I have been here. They try to satisfy our appetites. Our doctor, who visits regularly, is charming, listens to complaints and is a true gentleman. Very few problem areas: lack of visitors, dentist, and haircuts related to covid. The entire staff together make the facility what it is...excellent and helpful for all. In my case, I have been exceptionally happy here. Never lose your current staff!

The Putnam Ridge staff is doing everything to keep our loved ones well & safe. Especially the “heroes” in Apple Unit. All have gone above & beyond. My family and I can't thank the staff enough.

My wife overcame the COVID-19 virus due to the superior medical and physical treatment of their entire medical staff and dedicated social workers and aides. The fact that I was able to speak to the Putnam nurses every day and seeing wife through FaceTime during her fight against COVID was a relief to me and my family.

I was a resident at Putnam Ridge. All departments were focused on treating the residents with respect and dignity. I was also impressed with the respect the staff showed toward each other. You can tell that the staff like to work there.

Nice place to come-nurses, aides, therapy people were all nice. If I had to come again I would like to come here for rehabilitation- would recommend this place to anyone. Only thing sometimes they could use more help so everyone doesn't have to run around like crazy.

Kudos to the entire staff of Putnam Ridge! They made my one-week stay very pleasant. It's the most nurturing place to get well away from home. A very professional staff, occupational therapists to the social worker, dietician and the aides. All work well together and show obvious dedication to the patients.
