I would say 5 for all. Preston place was awesome and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We had no issues while my mom was there.

Preston Place has been very good for Dad. Staff is very caring and thoughtful. Facility is always clean. The Activities Director is a particular gem. I hope that Dad continues to live in this marvelous facility for the foreseeable future.

She has finally resolved it is her home. Took a month. The food is very acceptable The bathroom potty is not always clean. I’ve cleaned it myself On initial tour they said the residents are bused around just to get out of the facility. I haven’t seen that - if it has happened Overall a good place. Shes finally satisfied.

Started out great, but went downhill once we signed the contract (oh they failed to tell us that the facility sold over the summer. Public areas seemed to be kept up when we were there, but the apartment wasn't cleaned until the day before we moved my MIL out (3 weeks of her living there). I'm only giving a 3 due to ONE staff member, otherwise it would be a 1. To be fair, MIL needed no medical care.... however meals weren't what was posted and food was served burnt and there were very few choices if you didn't want the meal they were serving. Giving a 3 to the activities because she didn't attempt to participate, but more than one activity was cancelled while she was there. The contract was signed on [date removed] - we moved her out on [date removed] and he didn't arrive until [date removed].....I'm still waiting to hear about a refund for 1/2 of October....Would NOT recommend.

We toured Preston Place during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This is a very attractive facility. We had an extremely nice tour guide. The facility was very clean everywhere and they had a good activity calendar. The atmosphere felt very secure and comfortable. I wouldn't mind that my wife and/or I stayed at this facility if necessary.
Read MoreWe would definitely chose Preston Place again and my mom loved it there. My moms room wasn't always swept but overall it was clean. Their staff was amazing, especially [name removed]. Although my mom didn't do many activities they always had fun stuff going on. It is pricey but well worth it!

This was a nice community during the tour.. The community price was more than we wanted to spend.
Preston Place was a great community everyone was very friendly and nice. Our family loved it and they all said it was super nice. However they do need to work on improving their medication management we did have quite a few issues there.
We chose Preston Place because it seemed like it would be the best fit for my loved one. The rooms here are a good size for what she needs. The staff members really seem to care about the residents which is something that we find very important. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

I would tell others that it is a good place depending on your parents needs. The people that work here are the best thing about the community. They don't have activities in the evenings it is mostly during the late morning and early afternoon. They don't have any shopping trips for the residents.

My family really likes Preston Place. The staff loved her and she seemed to be perfectly content. I really love the director, she’s great. She’s very personable and not too business-like. She’s encouraging if there are any issues and she really knows what she’s doing so it helps me feel more comfortable about my Mom being there. She likes to eat and hasn’t had any complaints about the food, she likes it and I can eat with her anytime I want to as long as I give them a heads up that I’m coming by. The facility smells good and you feel at home when you first walk in, it’s wonderful. They have a lot of arts and crafts and they’ll take the residents out on field trips occasionally. They even offered for my Mom and I to have dinner with them while on our tour, before we had ever decided to move her in, and Mom ate everything, her plate was clean. It’s really been a wonderful place and I’m happy she’s here.

While looking at numerous places for my loved one, this facility seemed nice. The feel of the atmosphere seemed pretty homey and they did some updates that made the place more appealing. The size of the rooms was great and the pricing was reasonable too.

I had toured this community and we liked the food that we ate there and the people who live there. They only had a one bedroom available. They were very friendly with us and I appreciate A Place For Mom's help and referrals.

This is the most wonderful community. They are the nicest people. The entire staff are sweet they will bend over backwards to help. I could not ask for better people. The food is fantastic and they have a five star dinning room. The community is always nicely decorated. They allow pets and have a community bunny named Preston. The community is small, kept immaculate and I would recommend it.

We were impressed with the talk we had and when we found that it was cheaper than the other communities and they had a good deal, we moved my mom. Now she is doing good and she has been doing some of the activities like working with the residents on puzzles. The staff have been great with their care and call me anytime to let us know anything. I got a call when she was not feeling and they told me she was coughing. They took her vitals and checked her blood pressure. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

A Place for Mom has scored Preston Place 7.7 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
