Presidential Place

My mom was very unhappy living in a facility, though I think these folks tried to help her as much as they could. Wish I had understood that she would have had to move to a different facility in order to get step down care, which she needed for a short while at the end of her life.

5 on all although my mother can't participate in activities. The PP staff are the best! They really take care of mom and love that dad visits daily...they have coffee ready when he comes in. Based on the experience we have had, we would absolutely recommend Presidential Place review!

The Memory Care unit is a dump. The outdoors sitting area on the memory care side is never kept up. There are hundreds of cigarettes' butts. During Feb and March the outdoor area is gross. The food is gross. I am not happy at all.

Living at Presidential Place has been great for my loved one. She raves about the food. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure she is happy. I highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Hi. I move my aunt into presidential place two weeks ago. The assistant living is about medium size place which I love its Perfect size for her. The staff is fantastic very caring and funny to be around. The food is first class! [name removed] and [name removed] noticed that my aunt is a little bit forgetful and little bit off. They regimented that she should be put into memory care. That's why I love this place they really care for people there.

All 5 stars for Presidential Place. The staff all appeared to be involved and caring.

After being at this facility for almost two years, I decided to place my mom elsewhere. It would be totally untrue to say that our journey with Presidential Place did not come without any issues. Cleaning was lax and many times meals in the dining room were anything but appealing or appetizing. I found pills on the floor in my mom’s room that were dropped by med techs. One time her bed was wet from urine but the CNA went ahead and made it anyway. I have made beds, cleaned stained toilets, given my mom showers when she was soiled, and numerous other activities. The only thing I wasn’t doing was getting paid the $5378 that I gave yo Presidential Place. CNAs stand around chatting or sitting outside on their phones a lot of the time. The weekends are really bad because they use temporary help who don’t know the routine of the residents. One Sunday I went over in the afternoon to find my mom still in her nightgown, not washed, still sleeping and had nothing to eat. Overall, not pleased!

Presidential Place is just remarkable, everyone was amazing to my mother while she was here. The staff are friendly and really get to know all of the residents. My mom had an episode where she was not responding and everyone that knew her was coming into the room and checking on her. They are so attentive to their residents. When she passed, they were so supportive and caring towards our family. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

The director [name removed] is amazing and is running a fantastic community. The administration is very resident and family focused. They made the transition from a rehab facility to here in their assisted living very smooth and easy for our loved one. The staff are extremely friendly and consciousness and nice. They are very aware of our loved one health condition and are very attention to his needs and making him feel apart of the community. We would not hesitate to recommend Presidential Place to other families.

The food is very good. They have a lot activities. The memory care section, they do a lot for the residents, and take good care of them. They keep thm entertained. The director of memory care is amazing. They keep me well informed and answer any questions. My loved one is very happy. They also, include the memory care residents, in the actvites that is for the assisted living residents.

My family member hates living there. She hates being awakened at 5:30 am to shower and having to go to bed by 9:00pm in order to receive assistance. She dislikes the food and finds the other residents unfriendly. The "free tv" only provides 2 channels and the WIFI is spotty. The accountant does not submit her bill to her insurance company as promised, so it is proving to be extremely expensive. The whole experience has been tremendously disappointing.

They have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They were also helpufl, with the whole administration process.
