The staff is very accommodating and quick to address your questions/concerns. I would recommend Park View Estates to others looking.
Park View Estates features a grand, Spanish-style exterior with modern elements that entice residents and visitors. Upon entry, residents are welcomed with bright tones that open up the space to offer a well-lit, refreshing atmosphere. The community offers beautifully furnished and equipped lounges, activity rooms, a fitness area, and a dining room to help residents feel at home.
The Park View Estates staff is committed to offering a continuum of care to help residents gracefully age in place. The community helps ensure residents receive the right level of care by offering care options for assisted living, transitional assisted living, and memory care. With licensed nursing and professional memory care available on-site, residents and their loved ones can rest assured.
The community puts a unique spin on memory care. The memory care program is deeply rooted in Montessori principles and offers personalized care with six pillars of wellness — physical engagement, sensory stimulation, spiritual support, social connection, intellectual discovery, and emotional expression — to honor residents’ history while encouraging them to have new experiences. Plus, residents can benefit from personal care services, healthy meals, a sensory spa, and a virtual reality bucket list program.

It's a facility, so personal touch/care is less than a home with fewer residents. Sometimes, mom's sheets weren't changed. Some times other's clothing was in her room. Her matched tops and bottoms weren't put together in the drawers. The quality of the care depends on the staff. When the staff would change, quality suffered. I took mom out of there in 10 months. I moved her to a house with a 5 women capacity. We love it. Mom's care is personal now.

It's a nice facility, well-kept, clean. The staff needs a little more education on how to deal with memory care issues. We picked this community because of the location.

The facility is new and beautiful, and my father-in-law has had a great experience there. He likes the food and has been joining in the social activities, which is a wonderful improvement over living at his house alone. The staff is very friendly, and they all call him by name. The entire community is spotless, and they do temperature check screenings for everyone visiting, which we appreciate. Our only suggestion would be an improved online experience for document signing and move in procedures to make things easier for families. Otherwise, we have been thrilled with Park View.

I am totally happy with Park View Estates. It is very clean. The staff is helpful and are extremely involved with all of the seniors living there. I would highly recommend Park View for senior/assisted living care. I am so thankful that A Place For Mom recommended it to me. We picked thus community because, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smiles on the seniors living there. The place is very clean, bright and airy. High ceilings. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm. I felt a peace the moment I walked in and that feeling hasn't changed.

We chose Park View Estates because I liked how it was bright and cheerful and it just looked like a nice place. It seems like they have a lot of activities provided for the residents. Overall the staff seem to be very friendly and we would highly recommend this facility. I like it so much that this is where I plan on going when I need care.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is a nice place and the value for the money is good. It is a new community that was open in the last 18 months, and the location is good. The staff communication with the family is good. The only hiccup we have had is with the maintenance team. There seems to sometimes be a drop in the line of communication with the team to get the items accomplished. It does get resolved after the second request typically.

I would tell others looking that there is a good peace of mind because Fountain Valley hospital is a hop skip and jump away so if something were to happen to your loved ones, they can get there very quickly. Especially compared to where my dad was at before, I would recommend the facility to others.

This has a great experience for my loved one and family. Every week when I visit my loved one, I have not had a problem with anything. I feel this is a secure and safe place for my loved one. All of the staff including the Director, Office Manager, and the aides and are willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. The activities are kind of mediocre. The music really needs to be intune with the demographic of the residents and not the staff. There are three meals a day served to the residents. My loved one loves the food, and this is wonderful since my loved one is a picky eater. The only concern I have, is when I call to try and speak to my loved one. It would be nice to see a better system to be able to speak to my loved one quicker.

This community went really bad for our loved one. we had high hopes that things would go well but from the moment my loved ones arrived nothing seemed to go right at this community. My loved one was only there for few days and he was not taken care of and ended up in the hospital, they were supposed to take care of my loved one and they did not.
They could improve on their medication management. I know they are short staffed. They offer a few activities a day. Housekeeping comes once a week. She has a washer and dryer in her unit. They offer laundry services weekly. Transportation is provided for doctor appointments as well as outings. You have to reserve the days and times, etc. They do allow pets. The overall experience with the staff has been good. The residents are friendly and welcoming.

We placed my brother in Memory Care when this facility opened. At first, he was happy. The facility was brand new and the facility showed beautifully, but it quickly became clear that Management did not have a handle on the staffing. My brother was over medicated to “control” him. There were never day trips (as promised) and my brother became an “inmate.(Management said it was due to Covid restrictions.) There was no continuity in day-to-day activities which caused confusion and anger for my brother. He fell several times because nobody was there to assist him. He was not bathed properly, and many of his belongings disappeared from his room. When we checked out of the facility, the Nurse overseeing his medications (probably the 5th or 6th RN since his occupancy) gave us an incomplete list of medications. We discovered that my brother was getting medications that he should not be given, and not getting medications that he should have received. Management was substandard.

We looked at a bunch of different facilities. We chose Park View Estates because the facility is new and clean, staff were cordial and nice, and the location was right for us. They are great with communication. They are always reaching out with any updates and I can always call them with questions or concerns and they respond quickly. My sister is happy and being well taken care of here and we would highly recommend them.

The community is great exactly what I am looking for. The marketers though are another story [name removed] never answers the phone and his little helper walks around looking lost trying to do his job. I have been ready to move in for over a month. But to get this man on the phone to set a appointment is impossible. I called yesterday and they told me no one from the admissions department works on Saturdays? He must not be getting a bonus off me because I am taking a studio. He didn’t even come for my tour he had one of the nurses do it. She was great spent almost a hour with me. She sold the property to me. I just cannot get this guy to call back. Everyone else I met was so nice with big smiles. Other then the admissions department this place is it. I cannot wait to move in.

I just want to give a special thanks to the Memory Care Director And Health Service Director they were absolutely amazing when moving mom in and they couldn’t of made it smoother. Mom was so happy and speaks highly of all care staff. I’ve ate lunch with her a few times and the food I’m impressed. I’m so pleased to know my mom is safe and I don’t have to worry.

What a amazing and lovely place. The grounds are gorgeous the colors are warm and inviting. The community is brand new and located next to Fountain Valley Hospital. We love being one of the first people here. We have been able to grow with the staff. What a wonderful staff they have too. The new directors have been amazing. They really have this place ship shape. We are so happy here. Oh! And the food wow… amazing. The brand new chef has taken it to the next level. Hats off to you Chef [name removed].
