My loved one is currently a resident at Park Place of West Knoxville and is adapting. The staff have been great. The facility seems well maintained. My loved one has commented on them being short staffed, but I think that was a temporary issue. The other residents seem friendly. The facility offers numerous activities that seem to be interesting and fun. They are flexible with the food schedule and take out/delivery options. The cost seems fair to me. This was quite an adjustment for my loved one, but he seems to be doing well.

The people at Park Place have been very friendly and extremely helpful in my sister's new residence. She has made new friends and found old ones living there already. The place is beautiful and she is adjusting well, it seems l, after a month there.

Our friendly and supportive team is dedicated to ensuring a beautiful and comfortable environment for all our residents and we are honored your sister now calls this her home.
Park Place seems to be a good place for older people, most of the residents are in their 80s and 90s. It says it's an all inclusive place, but it's not. You have to pay for your lunch. The cooks are okay, but definitely not chefs. The staff in the kitchen are the best, most friendly and try to accommodate the best they can. The facility is okay, just not the right fit for me.

Regardless of age residents are active participants in our many Lifestyle 360 programs and we encourage you to talk with our program director to explore if there are some that meet your interests. Additionally my door is always open and would love to chat with you about your feedback and how we can find the right fit for you here at Park Place.
The friendliness of all the staff. The games and activities. The library. Dislike the food and the Length of time for service. Sometimes we get there at 5 and don't get served till 6:15.

Our dining services team is always open to feedback and we encourage you to attend our monthly food committee meeting as they would love to directly hear your feedback.
We like some of the staff members that are working here at Park Place of West Knoxville community, but an area they could improve on would definitely be with the food. Everyone here complains about it

Park Place is a great fit. Knoxville and surrounding area has a lot to offer for services and activities but is congested like any city. I would recommend to others.

We picked this community, because of the price. The experience is good. Mom uses the on-site physical therapy 4-5 days a week. I would definitely recommend to other families.

I would go here when it is time when it is my time. This is a great place. The overall feeling, the community is clean, and it feels like a family makes it a great place. The staff communication is very good when there are questions, concerns, or requests. There are three meals a days is served and there are lots of options to choose from. There is bingo, movies, crafts, shuffleboard, pool, chess, mahjong, and more for activities for the residents to engage with.

I toured this facility and I considered them as an option. However, they did not have a washer/dryer unit in the room which was a requirement of my mom.

There are several very nice laundry areas in the community, each with multiple washers and dryers (and we supply the laundry detergent). Having these in common areas frees up space in the apartments. Please let us know if you have additional questions, and best wishes as you explore senior living options for your mom.
We love them, they have been wonderful, even the maintenance team is ADD compliant and are experience with working with the elderly who are disabled. They are knowledgeable in their approaches and are always very attentive to our loved one. They are accommodating to the residents, the staff members are very polite and friendly. The food is great and they cater to our loved ones wants. They have a variety of activities for them to participate in, and they offer a lot more at a cheaper rate which is a big plus.
