Pacifica Senior Living Peoria

I had a close friend living at the community and they loved it. I decided to take a look and everyone is so friendly. We are moving my mother in this week. [Name Removed] answered all of my questions and made a tough decision much easier.

The staff took good care of my loved one. I can't say enough good things about this community. Communication was good between the staff and our family and they kept us up to date and informed. I would recommend this community to others.

Wonderful experience! [name removed] is great and puts people at ease while accomplishing the business end of things. It is nice to meet some of the staff also. I look forward to a good relationship with Pacifica.

The staff at Pacifica Senior Living are amazing. Everyone has helped to make the transition as easy as possible. The care provided is top-notch and we are very happy with decisionfor Pacifica.

I've worked with Pacifica since mid-august. The personnel are knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous, and kind. Most importantly, the care and love they give to the residents is matched by no one else. I feel my loved one is safe and well taken care of.

The community wasn't a fit for us. So it depends on what you are looking for. The room sizes were small but did have a bathroom. She did not complain about the food I think they liked it. I would not recommend this community.

Communication with staff is poor. Felt like I was bothering the staff when I was asking about my mother. Lots of misinformation about the virus. Glad she's not there anymore.

This is a very kind-hearted community that focuses on the best patient care. Staff and executive are very nice and always available to clients and family. They work hard to give the residents a place to call home, a forever home.

The first day when I walked in Pacifica care, I felt so comfortable with the staff and [name removed] is a wonderful person very helpful. The place is clean. I'm happy my father is here with all those wonderful care... Thank you so much.

I received a virtual tour of this community and I am very pleased with the facility and the grounds look very well kept. I am looking forward to having my father move into this community at Pacifica. [name removed] has been a pleasure to work with during my father's transition from the hospital. I am looking forward to visiting the facility when my father is settled in.

Pacifica Senior Living is a very clean and welcoming place. I work with this assisted living facility through an outside company. The staff here is very welcoming and polite.

I would like to thank all of the staff and leadership at the Pacifica for being so kind to the residents and their families at such a challenging time. All staff has been very willing to help accommodate our "special requests" while we can be with our loved ones and we are so grateful. From ensuring our mom receive special treats we bring to making sure she feels pretty and painting her nails. These simple acts of kindness have helped us to cope with not being able to visit our loved ones as we have in the past. We have be extremely grateful to [name removed] and the activities team for making in person visit safe behind the plastic "wall" and by schedule if regular time for FaceTime visits. This has been so wonderful!!! Thank you

Since momma moved in last May 2019 she is more healthy. She receives the balanced meals and care she needs. The staff and nurses care about our Grumpy. We are so happy to be able to visit momma through the clear barrier and zoom meetings. We are thankful to know momma calls Pacifica home and calls her fellow residents family. Momma no longer worries about the things that became too difficult like cooking, laundry, and cleaning. Just seeing her face relaxed without worry gives us great peace of mind. Thank you Pacifica!

I have provided care to patients in this community and love how involved the staff are with their patients. I also love how many daily activities they provide here.

The cottages are great designs. It gives the residents a sense of community with other people. The employees are the best, very caring, and compassionate. Everyone is very professional.
