I toured with Overture Virginia Beach and had a great experience. The facility was extremely nice and had a lot to offer - it was awesome. Unfortunately, it was out of my price range of what I could afford.

This is a beautiful community and well maintained. The staff seem to be very responsive. There are a lot activities available on site and they have gone virtual via Zoom due to the pandemic. This is a place I enjoy living.

I would tell my friends not to go look at the beauty of the place. The place is really upscale. I would encourage them to look at the functions of the community. They've had to replace my washing machine and dryer and I've only been her roughly 4 months. They consider somethings high end and I don't consider the items to be high end. The cabinets only come down halfway in the kitchen. It would be more convenient to have had a pull out shelf in the kitchen in all the bottom cabinets. The pantry is narrow and it isn't wide.

[Name removed] was wonderful. She made the tour an absolute delight. Overture was incredible. The facility's interior decorating was second to none. The apartments were well designed and the workmanship was very professional. Touring the facility was comforting and felt very homey. My wife and I agreed we could sale our home and move in tomorrow. The security of the facility made you feel at peace and secure. Parking for one vehicle per apartment was the only thing we didn't like and this is why I rated it 4 1/2 stars. Other than that what a great experience.
