I felt they were a little misleading about the level of care they can handle and the amount of attention they're able to provide here. My loved one starting having some serious issues and I requested that she be checked on more often, and she still ended up falling in the bathroom and laying there for an unknown amount of time before they found her. They really need to do a lot of work to fix up their skilled nursing section. The caregivers themselves could use a little training as well, they do not come across as very compassionate.
