My Mom, who passed away recently, was a resident at Oak Grove Manor for over a year. I felt so comfortable with the care she was given - her room was always spotless, in fact the whole facility was always very clean. The wonderful, warm staff were on top of every need my Mom had while there. The care they provided was second to none! Everyone made both me and my Mom feel like part of a family. I had an experience with another facility and when compared with Oak Grove, the former facility could not hold a candle. Oak Grove provides the best care anyone would want for a family member.... My parents moved in, spent one night, she was sent to the emergency room because she became agitated. After that they were not allowed to come back. We had to immediately come and get their belongings. Mr. [Name removed] promised me twice that my Dad would receive a complete refund, but he did not. He was very rude to my Brother and Dad, both on the phone. He paid over $6000 for one night and to say he was devastated by loosing any of the money is crazy. People that age need all their cash. My Mom passed away on [date removed] in hospice.

The staff at this community did a great job reaching out and following up with me about my aunt. They provided me with a lot of great information and answered any questions I had for them in detail. It was just way out of my aunts price range and the location was too far for us to drive back and forth from. It was just not the right fit for her in the end decision.

The tour was good that we took here. They were accommodating to us and answered all of our questions that we had. We just did not like distance that it was.
