We were always treated like family. Staff was always helpful and concerned. The on-site medical teams was a plus. Mom was checked on many time a day. Food quality improved with Navion. Mom was happy at Navion!

We visited here for my mother who in the hospital and had a great experience with the team. We really like the location and how close it is to town and all of her Doctors are very close by. We put a deposit down and plan on moving here when mom is released.

Meals and dining - I haven't tasted the food. This is based on what [name removed] says about the food. In general we have been disappointed in the director, financial staff, and the management of the facility. Paperwork is not processed in a timely manner and it is hard to talk to them. They still go to [name removed] like she has it all together and do not keep the POA informed.

I would recommend you check the community out to see if it would be a good community for your loved one. The professionalism, friendliness, and activities for the residents all stand out to me. The communication with the staff is pretty good. I will sometimes have to send a couple emails before I hear back from the staff about a concern I have.

The gals who run the place are great they have no problems doing anything. They are all super friendly, sympathetic caring and good with work with. We aren't there all the time but we do know they have bingo and bring in live entertainment. They do have a calendar with a list of all the activities for the week.

My mom is extremely happy there. My dad is less happy, but that's more to do with being a homebody who didn't want to give up his house. It's funny, the staff seems to cater more to him than they do to my mom. He's a little healthier and participates in more of the activities. The one thing I've not been happy with is billing. They've been up-front with it, but the statements are vague, and I have to keep asking for clarification. The line item will just say "personal services," and the amount has been different each month. Because the bill comes from corporate, I've had to contact them each time to let me know what's going on. And I feel like I'm just a number to their corporate staff. The local administrative staff I've been satisfied with. At the moment, they're having some staffing issues, but the permanent staff seem to really care about the residents, so that's been good. When my parents first moved in, Brookdale was offering a promotional rate that we got to lock in, so I realize now that we got a good deal. But it was definitely a sticker shock at first.

The meals started off fine, but once everything had to shut down due to covid the food was just not the same it was either in packaged meals or prepared differently. They still tried to get the residents involved in activities whether it was virtually or hallway activities. When it came to the value we were very pleased.

I would tell my friends to make arrangements and go. I had to stay at this community on an emergency basis. I was able to make friends with a lot of the residents. I had a ball when I was there. The people were so friendly. The community has activities, and what they had I enjoyed. They did have a movie one night and we enjoyed that.

Excellent facility!!! Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Apartments were very nice!! Met several residents that were very friendly and spoke highly of the facility. Certain services were provided and then others are “a la carte “ allowing customizable care for each individual. Social activity calendar is very busy and something for everyone!! The inner and outer common areas were very inviting!! Security system in place.

Mom seems to be doing pretty good at Brookdale W. Arlington W. Boulevard. I really like the care she is receiving there. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my mom's needs. The staff is easy to communicate any questions or concerns regarding my mom and I usually have a lot of questions. She does like to participate in the activities they offer. They encourage the residents to participate and you can hear them announcing the activities that are getting ready to begin.The food is good, I have dined there and they offer good choices with variety. They also offer choices for residents with special diets. She likes her studio apartment. They have an interior courtyard and sunroom, and also a music room. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I would recommend this community to others.

My mom is having a bit of transition problem at Brookdale W. Arlington Boulevard but the staff is doing all they can to help her with her move there. My mother is not much for socializing but the staff does encourage her and they make sure that she comes down for her meals in the dining area. So they are very aware of her individual needs and interactions with others which is nice. I would recommend Brookdale W. Arlington Boulevard and they are very good at working with dementia care.

We are comfortable with my mother in law move to this community. Everything has worked out very well, and we are pleased with all they have done for us. She is doing well, and they are taking good care of her. I would live in this community myself, it is a really nice facility. I would recommend it.

They are very responsive any time you raise issues. They are right there to listen and care about your feedback and implement it to make improvements. They provide excellent care to their residents in a very nice friendly place.

This community does a good job overall, it's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The only issue that we had was that we were charged before they were ready for her to move in, and while they refunded us a portion of the fee we still ended up paying for a room that they were unable to move her into.
