Morada Southridge

It was a great place for my Mom's final days. At times they were understaffed so calls weren't answered very promptly. Never experienced messes or bad odors. Mom loved those ladies. Way better than the skilled nursing facilities I've visited with her and other family members when it comes to the quality of care. Very nice dining room. Meals weren't very tasty for the most part. Loved the decorations and parties and group activities. My Mom felt safe here and that was priceless for me.

The facility is small, nice and quiet which is perfect for my dad. It has a very cozy feeling with a very pretty middle courtyard. The staff is friendly and sweet to my dad. We are still adjusting as it's only been about 7 weeks since he is there. They are receptive to all our small requests we make for our dad's care.

My mother-in-law loves the food, the cleanliness, overall the staff. Attentiveness of the staff, especially [name removed] and [name removed].

My parents have been here 21 months. I have so many wonderful stories of their adventures at Southridge! We are glad we found this place. Ownership just changed recently and everyone made my parents feel safe and secure thru the transition. I'm so grateful their caretakers we have grown to love were kept here. They have always loved and treated my parents like family. A huge thank you Southridge!! God bless you all!

Southridge Place has made my mom feel safe and secure, and she loves it there. It feels like home. The care she receives has been great. It’s above what I thought she would be getting, so I highly recommend Southridge Place.

My loved one loves the food, and seems happy with the activities. The staff is friendly. We picked this community, because the value for money was close to what we could afford, and it's good quality.

The staff is what sells me. They are always very friendly when we come in. They always make sure my loved one is taken care when we call ahead to take her to church. The people treat my loved one really nice. So far it has been a really good fit for us. The staff does a great job of communicating any concerns for my loved one to us.

I was very reluctant to place my mother anywhere but my home , but it came time we had to. I am so very glad we found Southridge Place ! Mom was there for about a year and a half. Its a smaller size community and the staff made us feel right at home from day one. Everyone was so friendly ,staff and residents. There have multiple activities every week. there was always things for them to do. The food was very good and healthy. I did have one issue, in a year and a half of great care,and that was just a carpet cleaning that a young man promised to do at a certain day and was not done and I addressed it with the director and she got it taken care of immediately. I can't say enough how pleased we were with all the people there at Southridge Place, I want to say Thank You , Thank You, Thank You, for all you have done for us!

I like that this is a smaller community of only 27 residents as I feel the care is more on a one to one basis here. My mom does have a bit of a problem with communication between some of the caregivers due to their accents but other than that her care has been good. Mom does enjoy the activities and going to the dining area with the other residents. And I would recommend them to others for their loved ones.

We toured this community for my mom's care. The staff were nice and answered the questions on the care that is offered. They do offer activities for the residents. The room was not what my mom wanted, but we would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of their loved one.

I like the care here for my mom. The staff are outstanding and attentive. The menu is very good and she is pleased with the nice variety. Her room is a nice size and I like knowing that she is comfortable. She is involved with alot of the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the care and value for other families.

My wife, and I am satisfied with my mother in law move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands overall. The staff is good, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This community is working out well for us, and I would recommend it.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked the rooms as well. We did not choose this community because they said they could provide more care but the amount of staff would not increase if her care needs changed.

Smaller, 32 rooms. Easy to find location. Lunch looked great. Residents appeared old.

They do not have a lot of employee turnover which is a great thing. When we come to visit, we all know each other, so we feel like a part of the community. Sometimes communication for special events does not come to us until the last minute (last minute text.) They could do better about letting us know about events in advance.

So far they are doing a pretty good job. She loves the food, and she loves the personnel. Everyone there is really friendly, and attentive. It's clean. We don't really have any complaints about the community. The level of care has gone up and with it so has the price. That is the only concern. Giving number ratings is hard, since I haven't had any experience with anything else to compare it to.

They are doing fairly well. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They aren't really communicating with the family anymore, but maybe it's because there isn't anything to communicate, no news is probably good news. We haven't had any complaints about the food or the activities. Things seem to be going pretty good.

It's the most wonderful place we have ever been. This place couldn't be ran any better. It's wonderful, the food is good, she smells wonderful all the time. They take such good care of her. I feel like this is home for her, we can go to bed at night and not worry. I like them all there.
