I would say do not move your loved one in there. Unless they are totally independent and require no assistance. They just went under new ownership for hopefully that will help all of the issues. Trying to deal with the Director and the administrative people on financial issues with the accounts is a nightmare. Months to get anything. resolved.

Stay on top of promises. Make sure your love one has someone verifying what is being done. I would recommend HarborChase of South Oklahoma City, just make sure to stay on top of things!

I would not recommend this assisted living. The medical staff is very slow and the management act uncaring. The front reception staff aren’t that friendly. It’s. Also, one of the most expensive facilities in OKC.

My parents were previously residents at HarborChase of South Oklahoma City. Overall, they were great to both mother and da.

My aunt has been here for 4 months now. I am so thankful we found Harbor Chase. She was in another facility that was supposed to be one of the best. However, they could not provide the higher level of care she needed. She is so much better and happier at Harbor Chase. It is also so cleaner. They clean every day. Her room is always in excellent shape and most important she always is so well taken care of. She loves the staff and says how nice they are to her. They have gotten her involved in a lot of activities. She even gets to attend church on the assisted living side on Sundays. She had missed church so much. I love to go have dinner with her. Their food is great. I have been in healthcare for over 20 years. I am so impressed with this place and honestly thank God we found it. They also celebrated her for her birthday and were so very sweet. Since I can't take care of her at home, I am so thankful for the love and care they give her.

You can’t ask for a better place it’s beautiful well-maintained and the food is awesome. My friends family lives here and they just enjoy all of the wonderful activities and great things staff and management staff due for them. No one can ask for a better assisted-living and memory care. I am. Pleased to say that this community goes above and beyond and they really care about their residence. They deserve more than five stars.

Our mother has lived here for 1 year and we have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Everyone is so caring & the facility is kept & maintained so well. We love it!

I can't express how much I appreciate HarborChase and the way my mom is cared for by all of the staff. Every time I visit her, I notice how attentive the staff is towards all of the residents. My mom had reservations initially about residing there, but now she is so happy, and brags about staff members who go out of their way to make her feel like she is part of the family at HarborChase. I was impressed when I was notified she would have a special day by having a group of ballerinas perform for her and all of the residents, and give her signed ballerina shows by the performers. She was a ballerina growing up and eventually became an instructor. I could tell by the pictures HarborChase sent me how much that meant to my mom. I feel my mom is very lucky HarborChase was able to provide a new home for my mom and make her feel special!

The residents are all really great. I would say the community is to except for the billing and the med distribution.It was new, nice clean, and long-term care insurance covered most all of it.

Things the facility does well at - getting you to sign the contract and move in Things they need to improve on - communication with the families, time delivery of the meal, the workers attitudes, and they need to return phone calls. I am disappointed in nurses and aids in the way they talk to my aunt. Disappointed in not returning my calls. Disappointed in billing being wrong 2 months in a row. Disappointed not providing meals in a timely matter to a diabetic. Based off of our experience, I would not recommend HarborChase of South Oklahoma City to others at the moment.

5 across the board! Great experience for my mother, myself and family. The facility is like a 5 star hotel with many amenities. Caring and willing to help in every situation with many years of experience. My mother is in a 1 bed/1 bath with plenty room for her personal treasures. And still has room for walker/wheelchair and family and friends who visit. They offer multiple activities the residents can participate in on a daily bases as desired.

My father is currently a resident at HarborChase of South Oklahoma City and it's been a great experience. The staff is excellent and everyone is friendly. The food is outstanding. The Value for Cost is next level. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

Executive Director [name removed] is who you want! She carefully selects all staff positions and leads by example. The staff embraces the needs of residents and create an atmosphere that is hard to find. I would speak of each person by name but not enough space here for that. Additionally, the corporate owners make good decisions that supports what has been described here, a high class facility. For true success, family, visit your loved ones regularly and you will agree. Spread the love!

HarborChase is beautiful and wonderful place the staff are amazing [name removed] the sales director goes above and beyond, the whole staff really loves the residents and cares about the families. The place is always clean and iinviting

I have been a resident in this facility for seven months. This is a very expensive place. Unfortunately, they just put lipstick on a. Pig. You have to put up with all kinds of construction because it was poorly constructed to begin with. I went the first month with no hot water, which violates Landlord\Tenant laws in Oklahoma. The staff turnover is rampant. Seriously, I am often introduced to a new employee that I never see again.. I tried very hard to bring some happiness to the old folks. ( I am the youngest person here by twenty years). I have heard that [facility name removed] is just as nice for a whole lot less money. We chose HarborChase of South Oklahoma City because the facility was laid out like a hotel so it did not feel like a nursing home, it looked like a place that I would like to stay myself where people enjoyed themselves. It was very clean and did not have any odors at all that you might find at some other places. We went to a couple of the activities they had going on and I found them to be entertaining and it gives great value to the residents. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We have not personally had any experience with the meals and dining but from others who have visited our loved one and the feedback we have heard, is that the meals are pretty good. She really enjoys all the activities and participates in quite a lot.
