Maple Shade Meadows Senior Living

On the outside facility is very nice. But on the inside there are multiple things that seem to get "forgotten about" for instance the water leak spots on the ceiling that are just spray painted over and not replaced or fixed, the stained carpet on the walls and hallways. And some of the management are not very nice to the workers I've heard multiple staff upon visiting my mother talking about how Upper management are not very nice to them and I have personally seem the turnover with staff.

I have seen many assisted living facilities and when you walk in the door to Maple Shade Meadows you can just feel the vibe of kindness. There is a large staff that is on top of everything. I’m relieved Mom my is an a great and safe place. Highly recommend it.

I work for a home care agency and On the outside it looks nice but on the inside there's multiple ceiling tiles with water marks on them the memory court yard looks so bad with broken benches dead over grown planters. The residents pay over 5 thousand dollars to live there. What a shame

I visit MapleShade from time to time for mutual clients, never had a bad experience. It’s a welcoming environment. The med aides are always helpful when speaking about our mutual clients. Every time I go there are always so many residents out and about and participating in activities. There’s often live entertainment.

All I can say is great job the the nurses [names removed] they to such an awesome job taking care of the residents at Maple Shade words and not express how much of an impact you make on each and every resident.

I did a tour for my mom trying to find the best fit for my her the guy in admissions did a great job going into detail on care and cost that we would have to pay for mom to be there, when he was touring me around the staff was friendly and the nurses are great, they answered all my questions. Once me and my family make the jump for mom, Maple Shade is on top of our list.

I absolutely adore the staff at MapleShade Meadows. They are always so pleasant. This has been the only place I’ve been to that staffs the way they do. When you walk in there are people everywhere! Ultimately, I chose MapleShades for my aunt because of the staffing and friendly atmosphere. The only critique that I have is I feel the male in admissions that I worked with tried to make empty promises. However, I can overlook that because I have had nothing but a good experience. On the first day, the admin introduced herself and ever since that day she has been incredibly helpful with questions. It’s rare to find an involved admin, but MapleShades has one! Every department has just been fantastic from nursing to finance to housekeeping and activities. Cannot rave enough.

I visited a family friend today and while signing in at the front desk there were a few people standing behind the desk, one i recognized from giving medication I’m unsure of her name, the boy from admissions, and the receptionist. They were making fun of the resident sitting in the lobby in her wheelchair yelling for someone to open the door. Laughing at her and making smart comments. If this is the type of stuff going on in front of family’s WHAT IS GOING ON BEHIND CLOSED DOORS? How dare they make fun of this poor lady.

My mother was a resident of MapleShade for two and half years. From her first day, and every day. She has received outstanding care. sha was treated with dignity and compassion in very warm. welcoming, and safe environment. Every dept, admin, cercial, dietary, cities, cleaning, maintenance, nursing, ALL go above and beyond.

Incredibly kind and helpful. Answered all our questions even when we asked several times. Room sizes and amenities offered in memory care are very adequate. I highly recommend Maple Shade Meadows for memory care.

We had such a great experience on our tour, the facility is so festive for the holidays it smelt great and admissions answered all of our questions, they did a great job showing us around the facility as well, the residents there are very friendly and are out doing activities or in the coffee shop they have. we can not wait for mom to move in!

Best facility around! They have such fun events and activities here, the food is great, and the staff are hands down the best people we could ever have asked for when it comes to mom's care! Everyone communicates so well, the workers are always happy and laughing, and will help with anything we need. We have picked such a great facility for our mom.

My mother had a great transition when she moved into Maple Shade Meadows. The staff was very caring and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and at ease. When mom was home, she was very picky with what she ate when we cooked. They have [name removed] in their kitchen who provide many different options for the residents to choose from which made mom very pleased. 5 STARS TO MAPLE SHADE MEADOWS!!

I recently had my mother stay at Maple Shade Meadows for a few weeks. The facility was very clean and staff was always pleasant and understanding. They took the time to answer any and all questions I had and they took the time to explain things to my mother who couldn't understand. That made her feel at ease and it helped her tremendously. She began to come out for activities because she felt so "at home". That was so wonderful to see. I would recommend Maple Shade Meadows to everyone.

We would highly recommend Mapleshade. The facility as a whole is great. The PCA's and MedTech's are very personable and friendly, they provide great care to the residents. You will often see management helping on the floor doing cares and showers, and you don't see that in many facilities. I recently visited for Thanksgiving and seen four managers working the floor to help the staff have an easy day. I thought that was amazing.

I'd recommend it. We picked this community because of the location and availability.

MapleShade community has become another home to our family. When we moved our dad into the facility, we knew we picked the right place. They food from Metz culinary is great, the restaurant style dining is great for dad because he is a picky eater. They have options to pick from and an always available menu. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and we love the activities and events!

Best place to visit. I currently visit facilities all through different local counties as I have clients all over and I can say this is the most appropriately staffed and friendly facility. It’s hard to find a place like this. They are doing a fantastic job.

We toured with the young lady in admissions and the tour went very well. She was very informative and answered any and all of our questions. We recently started the search for our mom, so we can be prepared when the time comes. We knew quite a few of the staff and residents there so that made my mom feel much better. She prefers to be somewhere where she knows people. It was all good vibes, the atmosphere all together was amazing! We love that it is surrounded by beautiful scenery, they are allowed to go outside, and the courtyard is beautiful!

MapleShade Meadows is a wonderful facility! The family atmosphere makes it just like home. They have an amazing physical therapy team, they are overstaffed leaving staff members more time to spend with the residents, the management team actually helps when needed! They have three wonderful new nurses too. We love visiting and going into the bistro with mom. When we go in we feel like we are surrounded by friends and family. The events they host are over the top, we have so much fun.
