My grandmother has been there now for almost 6 months, and she is getting used to it. I think that the place is very nice. The staff all seem very friendly and helpful. She has a nice room and she raves about the food! The nurse at the rehab center had told me about Grand Courts, and she had known a couple of other families that had a good experience with them.... It has been very good. They are very family oriented. She is just in assisted living, and all they help with is meds. I think that it is a bit too expensive for just that. She has a fridge in her room, but no microwave or stove. I've seen some activities with the residents. I know they do bingo. Overall she is pretty happy, she is getting used to it.

Richard Vivian was very nice. The facility is nice but the separate physical apartment setup would not have worked for my mother who cannot open and close doors.
