Juniper Village at Lebanon offers a homey environment for seniors seeking personal care. This one-story community feels like a sprawling ranch-style home, with familial interiors to match. The large stone fireplace offers a relaxing spot to spend a winter evening, and you’ll enjoy dedicated spaces for fitness, games, and large meetings. Rich hardwood floors laid out in a herringbone pattern elevates the atmosphere in the dining room and sets the stage for an impromptu piano concert.
Lebanon, Pennsylvania, offers plenty of natural beauty and charm. You’ll find several parks just minutes away, including Stoever’s Dam Park with a large lake for fishing. Those interested in local history may enjoy the Cornwall Iron Furnace.
Juniper Village’s innovative Connect4Life program improves health and well-being. The program features on-site services such as therapy, pharmacy, primary care, and more — making Juniper a one-stop-shop for many health care needs. A dedicated medical concierge coordinates services on- and off-site, meaning families don’t need to stress over the details of their loved one’s care. My sister and I have had nothing but good things to say about Juniper. Our stepmother is happy there. We are happy with everything that they’re doing with helping her and answering any of our questions I would recommend them to anybody.

Juniper Village is a very clean facility both inside the buildings and outside landscape. Very friendly staff. One of the reasons we chose Juniper. Mom is in independent living. We feel if help is needed, she would be taken care of. Mom makes her own meals. There are plenty of activities for seniors. We are very happy with the cost which is affordable for Mom's budget

Amanda was very accommodating and helpful. She answered all our questions and concerns and made everyone feel very welcome. My mother in law loves the independent living and all the activities. I do wish the meal plans were more affordable for the residents so we wouldn't need to rely on meals on wheels. Overall, we are verypleased with Juniper village.

Juniper Village of Lebanon is the most social senior living community I've ever seen. Not only do they have their normal resident activities they do all kinds of social and community events to spice up the experience for residents and families. I went to the corn roast, car shows, and the 35th Anniversary Party, and was surprised by how involved and fun it was for the residents and family. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. All the residents seemed very happy to be there.

This is a good place for your loved one. The staff were easily available to family and the response time with answers to the family's questions were quick. The food was good. Bingo, and more activities are available for the residents to choose from.

If you find you can not take care of your loved one at home anymore, look no farther. Juniper Village is a one of a kind immaculate facility where the employees make each resident and his/her family member feel like their individual needs are just as important as everyone else. The activities are well thought out and planned with the needs of their elderly residents. The directors and staff made the transition for my loved one smoother than I could have ever imagined.

Juniper Village is very clean, sometimes with communities and caring for elderly residents there may be unpleasant odor, but not that this community. The staff are very friendly, they usually talk to you as you walking around, call you by name and even talk about things your loved one is getting involved in. Our loved one is very happy and satisfied with the meals. Our loved one is diabetic, and at their previous community all they served was pasta and potatoes, but here they are serving fresh vegetables and fruit every day. Our loved one grew up in the country, and Juniper Village has a beautiful court yard with flowers, trees, benches and places to walk around. Also, everything is all on one level.

My mother was in a car accident in Pennsylvania and needed assisted living for a few months. I live in California and was so worried about being so far away. Juniper Village has put my mind at ease. My mother is not only receiving excellent medical care but she is treated with respect and kindness. The driving that takes her to various doctor’s appointments is very jovial and makes it a pleasant experience. [name removed] has gone above and beyond. I don’t know what I would have done without her expertise. The staff at Juniper Village really cares about the welfare of the residents. I highly recommend this community.

I recently took a tour of the facility as I was looking for a place for my mother. Juniper Village is a beautiful facility with a number of amenities. The staff is very friendly and [name removed] was amazing in telling me everything I needed to know about the facility. She was very comprehensive on the tour and made sure she pointed out everything possible to me. I would recommend Juniper Village to anyone!

We've not been able to visit due to Covid, so we're relying on our loved one to let us know what's going on. Our loved one has trouble with the food, often it's not enough, or it's not things in alignment with specific health needs. We have to bring in groceries because they're not feeding our loved one properly. Housekeeping does not keep things cleaned well, and the hallways smell like urine all the time. The residents are very friendly, but some of the nurses aren't. The nurses don't answer the call button quickly. They'll show up eventually, but not when you need them. They haven't been helpful with medication management, monitoring/responding to health issues at night time isn't happening, and every time our loved one goes to the doctor they require a quarantine period. They're still offering some activities, and our loved one really likes playing bingo with friends. We've talked to the director a lot. The director says she'll check on our loved one, whether she does or not we don't know. It's so difficult during this time where we can't visit in person.

Juniper Village is a Godsend to our family! My Mother lost her husband in 2018 and lived all alone over 600 miles away. Getting her to the village was a hard sell as she envisioned being what she described as a “prisoner’. She found her experience to be the complete opposite! Every time I see or talk to Mom she says “How did you ever find me such a wonderful place?” “I LOVE it here!” Everyone is so nice!” The staff at Juniper is phenomenal! Always attentive to Mom and our family’s needs and they go above and beyond every day! Our entire experience from the initial tour to all of the logistics of the physical move were carefully planned and managed very well! Mom is THRIVING and has lots of friends. Her mood and mental health are both the best I have ever seen, even with the COVID protocols! The staff has done an AMAZING job at keeping everyone in the facility healthy. ZERO Covid patient cases! As her primary caretaker, POA and son, I have to say that Juniper Village is a blessing for my mental health as well. Prior to Juniper it was a daily struggle filled with hopeless phone calls and strife. I was constantly putting out fires and it was negatively affecting my daily life. Juniper Village TOTALLY erases the negative stereotypes a Long-Term Care Facility! It is BY FAR the BEST decision Mom has ever made! We are very pleased!
