I live in a 1 bedroom apartment, nice bathroom, a gally kitchen, and a large living area that can be sued for a living room, with a dining area towards the kitchen. I've heard some have 2 bedrooms, and there is one they call a cottage. I've not seen any of the other units. There are 3 separate buildings with several units in each. The utilities are included in your rent. Our garbage is picked up by the handyman, usually weekly. If you want meals 3 times in the independent living quarters it will cost you an extra $[removed] per month. If you want them to do your laundry, it's an addition $[removed]a month. (My Daughter-in-law does mine) The people in the other units mind their own business, but are friendly if you meet them outside. The only down fall I've found since I've been here is, if we have a loss of electric, we do get any assistance from the generator they for the main building. Pets are allowed. When I signed my contract I had to pay $[removed], a one time fee to bring my pet with me. I'm not sure that amount is the same now... Read more

We did not have a good experience with this at all. They were so unprofessional and it was horrible. We would definitely not recommend this facility.

The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. The food is good and they offer desert. They offer daily activities and they have people come in to entertain them. The community is clean and it is in a good location for us. I can not wait to move into this community and I would recommend it.

A Place for Mom has scored Jackson Ridge 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
