I toured this community and it was ok. Everything looked good, except for the layout of the rooms. Cleanliness and friendliness were ok, it was just the atmosphere. It kind of felt like the place had a mood of waiting to die.
It seams that basic needs are barely met here. Inappropriate food options and quality lacking in basic daily dietary requirements. Uncaring and abrasive staff members, however there are one or two who have gone above and beyond. Administration is difficult and unhelpful. Theft is a significant issue. Cleanliness is questionable. It appears that many of the residents have some sort of unregulated mental illness. If you chose this facility based on the fact that it is more affordable, please keep a good eye on your loved one. Extra food and supplies are all a must. Hope this helps
