My mother was a resident of over 10 years until her death in 2021. She lived independently and was extremely happy. She liked and enjoyed the staff and participated in many activities; very welcoming community. Currently, my mother-in law has been a resident for over 10 years - very comfortable, satisfied with everything.

My mom has been at IW for almost 10 years. Up until recently, she has needed very little assistance. However, a fall and a couple of other health problems have brought a need for some assistance. All staff has been wonderful. My mom is happy and safe.

I have 2 current residents who are friends of mine. One has been living there for 5 plus years and the other only a few months. They both love living in the community and rave about the good meals. They are very happy. This is great!

IV Petoskey has been a wonderful transition for my mother. Lots of activities, a beautiful location close to her medical care, and an all around caring staff. These Covid years have been challenging and IV has handled it all really well. I couldn't recommend it more highly.
