I have placed three family members at Hutcheson Manor, which is a testament to the quality itself. Residents are treated with dignity by all staff. Expert care and communication with family. The proprietor is a nurse who coordinates care with skilled providers and has good instincts about how residents are doing emotionally as well as medically. The facility is clean and residents are well fed-all three of my family members started to eat more after moving here. I visited my mother with a friend whose mother was at a larger facility and he was struck by the difference in attention and lack of "nursing home smell". I beleive that the care provided extended the life of family but also they eased the transition for two family member and provided so much support to us as our loved ones transitioned. I highly recommend this facility for anyone making the difficult decision to place their loved one in assited living.

After searching for quality and affordable care, we relocated my aunt to Hutcheson Manor about 6 years ago, where she received outstanding and personalized care despite advancing dementia. One day, as I spoke to a friend, she mentioned that her mother had been relocated to an excellent facility and referenced the owner, [name removed]. We learned that we both had relatives in that facility and were both enthusiastic about the quality. Last year, my Aunt and Uncle moved as a married couple to Hutcheson as their needs advanced and dementia advanced. We have since lost one Aunt and my Uncle, both of whom lived their final days in a loving, supportive, and family-oriented environment. One Aunt is still living at Hutcheson. There is no better home for those who can no longer live independently and whose needs become too great for their caregivers.

If you are looking for a quality place, with a caring staff that will give your loved one the attention they need then this is the place. Ms. [name removed] and her staff are well trained but more importantly patience with the residents. My mother has dementia and they were professional aa she got adjusted to her new environment. They worked with me and my mother to get her comfortable.

Actually, all staff have been excellent. Communication is particularly noteworthy, as there is very regular messages and conversation. The home is clean and well kept. Every room has accessible features with doors wide enough for wheelchairs to get through. So thankful we found Hutcheson Manor. When you inquire about vacancies, if there are no available beds, keep checking back -- I wish I had, maybe we could have moved my Mom into the Hutcheson Manor much sooner. Eldercare, at Hutcheson Manor, is "Top-Notch"! Their wonderful staff is caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable towards eldercare practices and have welcoming attitudes toward all who visit the facility! There's an atmosphere that's warm and pleasant. Cleanliness abounds within Hutcheson Manor. Upkeep of the facility and its grounds is always "tour ready" and inviting! Access to visit loved ones has never been an issue and communication has never been a problem. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are carefully prepared and well thought out while holding high nutritious value. Placing a loved one in an eldercare home can be a stressful endeavor and cause increased stress for family members. But, after having placed my loved one into Hutcheson Manor, I've found my sleep patterns have benefitted positively and high level of stress has been alleviated! Therefore, Hutcheson Manor is not only beneficial for its residents, it's also beneficial for resident's family members also! Amazing!

Hutchison Manor is wonderful elder care facility. It’s a warm and positive environment. Residents are well cared for with lots of interaction with the staff. They have planned activities and home cooked meals. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for care for your loved ones.

My father-in-law lived his final months here. The staff are professional and caring, the owner is a registered nurse. It is a comfortable, homelike environment. My father-in-law had no complaints, we all rested easy knowing he was in good hands.

My Mom is one of the family in [name removed]'s care. Very conscientious, attention to Mom’s personal needs, as well as medical. Mom is content which is most important! The staff is excellent with their loving tender care for the needs of all residents. Mom’s personal space, her bedroom, is her own. She can entertain her visitors and family comfortably. We are blessed as a family to know Mom is happy and most of all well cared for.

We originally placed our aunt here several years ago and were so impressed by the care they gave her that we didn’t hesitate to place our parents there when their dementia became too much for us to handle at home. The owner is very knowledgeable and is in frequent contact with our family to provide updates via text with photos on how our parents are doing. And the staff have always been pleasant to us and their interactions with the residents seem genuinely caring.

We first found Hutcheson Manor the day that Michigan closed down for the COVID19 pandemic and needed a place for our aunt with dementia to stay as her previous provider closed. There were bigger, and shinier places we looked at, but [name removed] was so personable and this one didn't have that "smell." I didn't expect my aunt to last long, but she thrived at Hutcheson Manor under [name removed] care for years. When the time came that both of my parents could no longer be cared for at home, we felt great knowing that they world be in the same place with our aunt.

Hutcheson Manor was willing to take my mother in when others would not take her until a pressure ulcer was healed. Hutcheson Manor told us that she could heal the wound and did heal it. The care could not be any better. Hutcheson Manor puts the concerns of her residents ahead of anything else. All of moms wants and needs are well taken care of. We thank God for Hutcheson Manor.
