Welcome to Heritage Crossing. This community provides assisted living and memory care services to seniors in Akron, Ohio. This spacious, inviting, and updated home accommodates residents in apartment-style residences. Heritage Crossing is located near area shops, restaurants, and medical centers, enabling residents to stay connected to the larger Akron community.
The staff at Heritage Crossing understands the enormous decision to move your loved one into a senior living community. Through compassionate, intentional, and comprehensive care and open communication, Heritage Crossing works hard to keep residents and their loved ones satisfied. Individual residents’ peace of mind is the staff’s main priority.
The staff at this community work hard to help ensure all residents’ personal care needs are met. By providing services such as diabetic care, ambulatory care, incontinence care, memory care, and medication management, staff help residents complete their activities of daily living. Community health care specialists also make regular on-site visits to provide ancillary services to residents.

We picked this community because, I felt it was a bright and cheery place. Very clean and pleasant people.For the most part a good place. Just have had some issues with keeping meds straight and a new billing system has had some issues.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff team is at Heritage Crossing The facility itself is very nice and [name removed] is very sweet and a pleasure to work with. There are so many different activities going on for the residents to participate in and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend Heritage Crossing to other families.

We recently moved mom to Heritage Crossing after 5+ years living in another facility. The transition was very positive and she is engaged more than she has been in a couple of years. I had a pretty good tour experience with Heritage Crossing. The reason I did not choose this facility was because I am a maintenance guy and I could tell it was not kept up as well as another place I was looking into. It is also not as new though.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the community, we were very comfortable on the tour and the gal was very informative.

Heritage Crossing is as good as any other community in the area as it's same caliber. The staff have been fine to work with over the phone if I have questions or concerns. My loved one doesn't care for the food. Some of the activities they have available include bingo, card games, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in.

We chose Heritage Crossing because of the value for the money and it was a new facility. When we went to look around and tour they were very informative and we were impressed. The room sizes here a very good. I would recommend them to others.

Overall this is a good place. The staff are good. There has been a little bit of a turn over. They have taken my loved one on field trips to winery's and just trips to ride around. They also had a labor day picnic that the family was invited to and that was nice for us.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The staff members are very friendly and show concern for our loved one.
