Hearthstone Estates

We chose Hearthstone Estates because it is all one level, so there are no stairs or elevators. It is also a highly rated facility. He was in a studio and it was fine for his needs. The only issue is the caregiver level here was just not that great. Overall, I would recommend them.

My sister was a resident for close to 4 years and I was so happy about the quality of service and care that she got while there. The staff was well trained and caring from the bottom to the top. I highly recommend Hearthstone Estates in Lakewood plus it's very reasonably priced..

My sister lived there for close to 4 years and she had the very best care at a very reasonable price. The staff was always vigilant, well trained and very caring of the residents needs. I could not have been happier with my choice of Hearthstone. I highly recommend it for any loved ones.

The staff was very on top of getting the residents clean and keeping their hygiene up, whether that be through assisting with bathing or changing sheets. The personal care was extraordinary and the community always smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly. Every time I walked in, there was a group engaged in some activity. They had music and outside entertainment available and they were very creative with how they kept the residents busy. They were very accommodating with the residents and made sure they did their best to adjust to each individual's needs. The management were great too from the director to the nursing director, they were all loving and caring people. Hearthstone Estates was worth the price and it was never astronomical.

My sister was here for three years and loved it. She was very happy, always raved about the food. The entire staff was so kind and caring. The Administrator does a wonderful job. We are so grateful for the quality care that she received from everyone at Hearthstone.

I feel to relieved that my parents are so well taken care of. It is the perfect size that everyone knows each other. It is beautiful inside and out and always kept immaculate. This community is absolutely wonderful! Always clean and the decor goes off a home-like feel. The wide hallways are amazing!

Beautiful facility, warm and inviting

The management has changed and we are having issues about what level of care my cousin is assigned. I have asked several times to meet to discuss the issue and have not been successful. It is disappointing because there are many positive qualities but this stonewalling about meeting to address my issue is very disappointing.

Hearthstone Estates is a great place to be, better than living at home! The food is very good and the help is fantastic! I hope I'm here until I leave this beautiful world!

Overall, our experience with Hearthstone Estates was good. He was only there for a short time before his needs increased, but [Removed], and the staff were great overall. I was very surprised when [Removed] called us to see how things were going, even after we moved my loved one. I will say that some of the nurses were certainly competent but could have been more sensitive. Otherwise, it's a really good community, and I'd recommend it.

my mother has been living at Hearthstone for a few years now, and I can say that she is happy there. The nursing staff is very caring, respectful and trustworthy. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Everyone knows one another and keeps the quests comfortable and engaged with activities. I would highly recommend this place for your parent.

I would say it is still a work in progress for my mother with her move to this community. I do feel she is safe, but there a some concerns I do have. I do feel they over promised on many things. There isn't much social interaction between the residents. Also they need to be more proactive with telling me what supplies she needs. They do listen to my concerns, and for the most part the staff is good. It is a small nice community, I just think there is room for improvements.

The Hearthstone Estates was a very nice community to tour. The place was very clean and the staff was all very friendly. The price was out of our budget and that is the reason we had to go with another community.
