Everyone at Hawthorne Woods is very accommodating. [name removed], Director of Sales is always available to answer any questions and concerns that I may have. The other staff is easy to get a hold of as well. My Mother is having a hard time adjusting. The staff has been talking to her and helping her in any way they can to help her ease in. [name removed], one of the care takers, has especially been attentive to my mother. She is outstanding! Thank You

As a family, we found ourselves quickly and urgently needing assisted-living care for a loved one. Having no past experience, or time to really research, the staff at Hawthorne Woods took us in and shared everything we needed to know about the process. They met with us on several occasions and kept in constant contact answering all questions that we had for them. The entire process was seamless, and their support was outstanding!

I have not met anyone I didn't like. I love it here. I have not had a bad experience. Everyone is helpful. It is nice and quiet. I like the fact I have my own space to watch tv and my news program.

I like the activities here. Bingo is my favorite; I go on almost all of the outings. The food is getting better, but I still don't like it sometimes. The back and front patio is nice when it is warm.

I like the activities here. I love bingo. I like sitting in the dining room with my friends. I am a picky eater and I like the food here. I sometimes go out i the back and sit with my friends. I like this place, better than sitting at home by myself..

I like it here; however, I am having other issues. I like the activities here. I have started going out on outings. The food is getting better, I use to not like to eat here. I like that I have my own room and space.

I like being here, everyone is nice. They make me feel comfortable here. When I first came, I did not know what to expect now I am going to activities and dinner. I am even thinking about going on an outing.
