Very nice place but food is not so good for the price I pay. it is too expensive I am in the independent living area. All they do is clean once a week and they do not dust. You have to pay extra if you want them to deliver your meal to your room and when and if they do it is cold The staff is very nice. Apartments are a good size. All the rooms are good size. Larger closet in bedroom would be nice. The kitchen is good size with plenty of cabinets. I would rather have a larger bedroom closet . Kitchen is larger than I need now.... Read more

This is the best I have found. It is clean and friendly. The residents were having fun and laughing during my visit. I was impressed during my tour. The food appears to look like more of cafeteria style meals; however, I have not tasted it.

Our experience is that the carpet is cheap looking and feel and the countertops in the bathrooms are awful. We feel we haven't gotten our money worth out of the activities or living arrangements. Some of the activities happy hour, bingo, bunco, mini music concerts, movies and more for the residents to choose from. The food I have eaten has been fabulous. The dining room staff is short staffed along with the housekeeping because they are always running and working hard. Overall these staff should be highly recognized and they aren't. I've had issues with the office staff (director) and lack of communication.

We chose Harmony at Victory station because of the location and it was newer and they had plenty of room. The room sizes here are average sized rooms. I cannot think of any negatives about the community, but everything I have seen has been during the pandemic. They did a good job during covid and I am excited to see how the facility is in the real world. I would recommend to others looking.

I feel like they are doing a good job at trying to keep residents safe. I feel the food has been good from what we have had, but lately my mom has been complaining and said other residents have been too. I do think they need to have more variety to better accommodate dietary needs. It has been hard to visit our loved one because visitation hours are only during their business hours for set times, so it is hard when you have a full time job. Other than that, the size of my moms room is big, it is a well kept facility, and the staff have been very accommodating with our family. Overall, I would recommend them. They are trying their hardest.

I chose Harmony at Vicotry Station because I liked the location of the facility and the fact that I could get an apartment here with a sun room attached. I am in independent living area and apartment sizes here are pretty big. I would recommend to others who are looking.

A Place for Mom has scored Harmony at Victory Station 9.1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
