Our family had an in person tour and it was not the best first impression. The residents there and staff we met with were super nice, but when we walked in there was an alarm sounding which echoed off the hardwood flooring in the hallways. Also when we spoke with the executive director about our loved ones sodium diet and if they were able to accommodating the sodium diet restrictions the response was just not to give her gravy - and then the executive director excused herself from our meeting to go make that gravy.
They have the best senior care out there. Personalized since it is small and everyone really goes above and beyond. They have not had any COVID in over 8 months. Really love this place.

Grace Manor under new management Magnolia Senior Living, are the most uncaring group of supposedly Professionals that we have encountered... They did not notify our resident or family of COVID-19 that it was in facility. It was extremely difficult to get answers on what protocol procedures that where in place, never returned phone calls In timely manner. I find reviews on their site that are so positive, that I don’t understand why only less than 20 people reside there when capacity is 51! No one seems to be knocking on the door to get in, only leaving!!

This place is awful. Would never recommend having a loved one live here. New management is horrible, not transparent with covid issues. The quality of care has drastically declined in my opinion since Magnolia took over.
