Very please with everything. Mom feels staff are friendly and genuinely care. She is in independent living and loves the food in dining room, has made friends. For a fair price they do her laundry which she loves. Housekeeping such as cleaning her apartment is included. They have free shuttle bus for shopping and doctor appointments. I have already recommend Garden Villas South to friends for options for their loved ones. The community has an attitude about what can we do for you. They have yet to say no to one of the requests by the family or our loved ones. The staff are wonderful to work with any questions the family or my loved ones have. Things are taken care of quickly and they are attentive to my loved one's needs. There is transportation; however, there are parking for those resident who still drive. Maintenance is amazing! They met with us the very first day, and they had pictures and tv hung by the end of the first day. They were right there supporting the family. My loved ones loved the food, and this was a big concern for us initially. My loved ones have settled into eating in the dining room. My loved one has given up cooking, except on a rare occasion and this is impressive to the family. There is a kitchen in the apartment if wanted.
