The staff has been very helpful and provides updates as required. Most employees have been with the facility for several years, which speaks for itself. La Shawn the Business Mgr has been very helpful providing information as required. All the nurses and aides have been wonderful and are very attentive to the resident’s needs. My husband is a real challenge as he needs 24/7 care. The staff are angels from heaven, to do what they do, day in and day out is amazing. I can’t begin to thank them enough. I can't really evaluate the activities, as we are still fairly new and haven't participated in any yet.... Read more

My husband was there - he should have been released before the Memorial Day holiday but the doctor did not do his job and took the holiday off with out signing my husband out so he stayed an extra 4 days. Also, they did not give me any papers to sign until he was ready to leave. They threatened me that unless I signed them he could not be discharged.

I am stunned to see that people gave this facility a five-star rating. I have had my mom and dad in several rehab facilities over the years. As always, some are better than others. Four Seasons was THE WORST. The staff is rude and arrogant. They don't seem to care about the residents at all (except for the dining staff). The aides are catty and do as little work as possible. The nurses don't want to answer questions. Management is terrible. From entrance to discharge (which couldn't come soon enough), they were hard to contact and incompetent. As far as the facility being bright, as one reviewer put it, I found it to be dark and drab. The only reason I gave it one star was because you can't give it a zero star rating.
