My love ones care was very subpar. I had to complain numerous time regarding care, simply they just didn't take proper care of them. The basic things count, comb hair, lotion on skin brush teeth are all things you would expect to be done by a Nursing home. If that wasn't done then you know how everything else was handled. POORLY. They were constantly understaffed while management didn't step in to help. This came from the Nurses themselves. Fountain Bleu is dressed up garbage. If this is your lAST resort go daily and check on your family. I have multiple pictures and video to back up what I say. Especially with feces left in the bed for hours and the Nurse response was we're understaffed. Remember just because it glitter doesn't mean it's gold, very disappointed in my loved one treatment broken promises from management, when they can't find answers to your question your handled passively aggressively and spun in circles. God bless you

from my friend staying there.....Peed my bed no less than 3 times today.. no fault of my own.. I call for help getting off my bed pan 10 min.. 20.. 30 min later I’m still waiting laying on that pan swimming in my own urine.. that’s my limit which should be way less.. so I have to wriggle off it and spill urine everywhere.. and I don’t even care! I told the one lady today i waited 45 min for assistance! .. she had to change the whole bed .. this happened every time I had to pee today.. I swear I can’t take this another 10 days!

A Place for Mom has scored Fountain Bleu Health and Rehab Center 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
