Ensemble Senior Apartments

In the past 2 months, I have been robbed of packages left outside of my door. I cannot always stay home everyday to watch the door for packages and thieves. The office claims they cannot do anything about it. I bet if someone thief stole from their personal items in the office they would do something about it. If I catch the thief in the act, I will have to go to jail if I get my hands on the thief.

I applied for an apartment on [date removed]. I have good credit, and provided all information they requested, and paid the app fee and $250. money order deposit. I was told [name removed] that I qualified after she calculated my income, and given an apartment no and move in date of [date removed]. She said to wait for her call. She didn't contact me for 10 days. When I called her she asked for additional information which I promptly provided. She hadn't submitted my application so I spoke with her manager [name removed]. I kept calling and emailing her because I had already given my notice to my current landlord, and even when by their office on [date removed], she told me that I was in the 60%, and didn't qualify for the 1st apartment, because my income was too high, and said my rent would be $195 more per month. I agreed to the price increase. On [date removed] [name removed] called to tell me that my application was denied because my income was too high, which was NOT TRUE. I asked if I could come pick u
