Walking in the door there were signs right away this was not the place for my mom. We did not see any residents during the entire visit. They must all be in their rooms. NO ONE was out. Red flag for me. The tour was not well structured, very ad lip. The place is currently under construction adding more apts. But it was not active. The owner had the crew working at the sister facility in Oak Creek area. We went to see a room right away. The elevator was not working but the staff member said it was ok to use. We went in and the door wouldn't close. I opted to take the stairs instead. The room is old and the AC units are old wall units. We knew right away this was a no-go for us. I'm glad I didn't take my mother on this tour. Details: Nurse on site M, W, F Med management [removed]/mo Utilities incl: Basic cable, phone, and wireless internet 3 meals/day Laundry service 1/week Unsure of the security of the facility. The own prefers 2 years of private pay before moving to

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Elizabeth Gardens looked like a very nice place, and the staff that I met all seemed very caring and friendly. Unfortunately at the time of our search they didn't have any availability, but it was definitely somewhere I would have considered as an option!

1st class care facility. Just 30 apartments, efficiency to 2- bedroom with full kitchen. Some have washer/dryer in apartment. Caring, engaged staff, chef on site. Completely, beautifully renovated. Pay them a visit if you want your family member treated like family.
