I just completed a tour for my grandma and think this will be a great fit. [name removed] was very helpful. The apartment was a good size and everything we will need. Location and price were perfect for our family.
My room is large and quiet. Staff is very kind and attentive. Everyone smile as they see you. No complaints about the Opal.

Everything is fine here. There are wonderful employees, I am very comfortable inside and outside. I've lived in Cape Coral since 1975 and I am very happy with everything.
During our loved ones stay at The Opal we had a wonderful experience, even when our loved one was being moved to hospice they staff continued to be so good throughout the entire time. They really took to our loved one and cared for him in such a short time. We were paying more at another facility and getting less care so here it was a night and day experience. They not only showed him adequate care but showed him genuine concern and love. Every one from the administrative staff team to house keeping were just fantastic

My husband lives in memory care at Opal. I was 24/7 caregiver for over 5 years. I just could not do it anymore. Opal has given us each or lives back. He is well cared for, attended and seems very happy. He is safe, comfortable, clean, socialized, and wants each day to see me. The staff treats me with respect and friendliness.
Medical team is awesome. Food team is getting better and better. House keeping rocks! It is so important that I trust, respect, and admire [name removed] our director of wellness. She truly saved my life when I went into resp. failure :):). [name removed] just rocked, we've never had better.
This is an excellent place to live. People do their best to make sure you have all your needs. Extremely friendly. 100% - great.
The staff at Opal of Cape Coral contribute to the success of this facility. [name removed] (nursing director) is hands on with the residents and families, her door is always open. [name removed] executive director is wonderful, caring. [name removed] front end receptionist is always smiling and greeting people. The food and resident care is excellent.
The staff are nice. I love the treat outings. I prefer to have carpet instead of vinyl. I made good friends.
What a beautiful table setting & great staff Thanksgiving Day! The Director [name removed], is a most compassionate Nurse! My brother who suffered a massive stroke has been at the Opal for 2 years. Every one is kind & caring!

This was an interesting community. It was nice and small and one story. They stated they had a memory care unit however, I did not know if my loved one would be happy there.
