I would highly recommend the Gallery. Memory card is a tough community but the staff & management always listen & address problems or issues right away. The staff always come and get Dad if he's not at meals, get him for activities. He is safe and that is a comfort to us. Everyone is just super friendly. The menu and meals are good, dad has no complaints. His birthday was in March and they made him a special meal and a birthday cake. The only downside is I wish they stuck to scheduled showers times and sometimes his laundry goes missing or mixed up with someone else's.... Read more

Overall I think the facility is good. These numbers are what my father would give it. Maybe less, but he complains alot. They seem to be having some major staffing issues and turnover in mgmt right now. I hope that changes soon. So many have come and gone in the last month.

The Gallery is not only beautiful but is full of life and happy residents! I was glad to have my loved one there! My grandma was so pleased with the food and weekly entertainment as well. She was well taken care of and loved getting her hair done on site.

Obviously, I liked some of the staff. There were lazy ones like everywhere else. The administrators were not warm or compassionate at all. The food in the regular dining room was okay, but in the Memory Care Unit, they had the food brought from the kitchen and by the time it was served, it was lukewarm. It also looked like a jumble of leftovers from the other dining room. The cost there is outrageous, and I don't believe that [name removed] received any better food or care there.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. My family and I are here very nearly every day, at all different times, so we see all different shifts, departments and activities. The nursing staff and care givers are AMAZING; warm, competent, PATIENT, professional, fun, engaging and very loving to the residents. From the drivers, to the therapists, activities, facilities team, front desk staff, housekeeping, sales & marketing…they all have a moment for a quick word, a hug, a warm smile. The staff operates as a team, focusing on each individual resident and their life enrichment. Safety is paramount, The facilities are lovely and the activities are plentiful and a key part of moms joy here. We researched quite a few places before deciding on placement. Mom has thrived under the care provided here and I am grateful I found this place at this time in her life.

My loved one is enjoying The Gallery at Cape Coral. It's a smaller facility, so the residents know each other. They have plenty of activities for the residents. The facility staff made the move in process easy and were very helpful with hanging pictures, etc. The PT is exceptional. This was important for my loved one. The meals are good and varied. We were happy that we found this place that is also very close to where my loved one goes for treatment three times a week. I would certainly recommend The Gallery at Cape Coral to others!

My Mom has been living at The Gallery (The Waters) and truly loves the atmosphere of the facility. The staff is exemplary and truly care about their residents. When my aunt was living here she was so happy. She liked the food, activities and she loved having her dog with her, the family decided to move her closer to home. when she had to go she was very upset, she met so many nice people here..

My Mom has been happy at The Gallery for the most part. She loves the varied and plentiful activities, but the food leaves much to be desired. Mom reports that the food is mostly tasteless and the meats are impossible to chew. She also feels like they do not offer enough fresh fruit and vegetables. The staff was great when she first moved in but many of them left for more pay.

Our mom is in this community and she's very happy, the staff is very nice and the person at the front desk is always so cheery and has a smile on when we walk in, mom sleeps a lot but really enjoys it here.

My grandma is living here and I think we picked the best place for her, very nice staff that attend to her every need. The food is good but she doesn't like some of the dishes, I'm sure that's with a lot of the elderly.
