Danbury Senior Living Huber Heights

My mother made the choice to move to Danbury after visiting and [name removed] took us on the tour. They were very helpful with her move and checked on her for several days to make sure she was adjusting well. She has made many friends and enjoys the daily activities and trips. They have several holiday events that are always wonderful with entertainment and excellent food for friends and family. I always find the staff friendly and available to answer any questions or listen to my concerns.

My father spent almost 5 years living at Danbury before his death in 2024. The Director, [name removed], and her staff are AMAZING!! They were always fun and made the residents feel like family. The nursing staff was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive and very caring. They always called me whenever there was any kind of issue. The PT on site is also very good, and my dad said the food was great! The pub and theater were also nice! They have 2 hospice companies on site, and when my dad went into hospice, they were very quick to get a bed set up for him and all the supplies he needed prior to his hospital release. When he was dying, they treated all the visitors like VIPs, and all the residents were able to go in and say goodbye to my father before he passed. It meant a lot to them because they said many times families don’t let them know what happened and they always miss their friends. We were so very happy we could do that for them. Great place to live!

Toured Danbury and loved the cleanliness, friendly staff, and had a wonderful meal.

Toured for my Grandma. She loves Danbury! She especially loves how bright the rooms are and her friend lives there. She is going on outings and whopping with a group there, she is so happy now.

During moms short term skilled stay we realized going home alone no longer was an option. The Danbury team made us feel welcomed and assumed is mom would be cared for. Very happy moving mom to Danbury.

Toured with my cousin for my Grandma. She is moving in and loved the place. Well staffed and clean had lunch while we was there and it was good. Great kitchen workers.

First impression very bright and open. Staff is very friendly. Hallways are wide. Was able to have a meal in the dinning room and have and resident experience.

My grandmother was a resident there and loved it. She enjoyed the activities and loved the food. The staff made her very comfortable even when she wasn't the nicest.

The staff is very friendly. They are very patient and well trained for memory care residents. It always smells good, so housekeeping is good. The move in was easy, they have flat bed carts you can use to help with the process.. The only negative, make sure to put names on everything. They are supposed to do laundry one room at a time, but I have found foreign clothing in my sister's room and her bed spread disappeared. They were very good about fixing the situation. The meals smell delicious, but I haven't tasted them. I would highly recommend this facility.

My aunt was only there a couple weeks, and I only a few days. I thought staff was nice. They offered to check in on her throughout her first night in case she got confused. She said all the food was good. Always seemed clean. Saw many communal places to "hang out" with others. Assisted living is expensive, but Danbury was equal in price, maybe a bit cheaper, than other places. Would definitely recommend Danbury.

When I visit Danbury the staff are always very nice & greet everyone in the halls. It smells good and is always clean. If I had to go somewhere I'd pick Danbury.

Toured the campus and enjoyed the meal after the tour. The food was delicious and the building is so clean. The apartments are so big compared to other facilities.

Toured Danbury in Huber for mom and dad and was impressed with the services they could offer each of them. At this time mom needs more care than dad and they are able to stay together. Can't wait til they move in!

I stopped in for a tour to plan for placement for my life partner. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and warm reception I received. Danbury Senior Living is top-notch.

Mom is well taken care of. We are so happy to have found Danbury and it is close to our home.
