My loved one slept in a bed with sheets that had obviously been urinated on numerous times/and not changed for days. Floors rarely looked swept. Garbage can always full. A couple of staff members were very nice. The registered nurse accused my aunt of attacking an aid and demanded we take her for psychiatric evaluation. She had no strength and couldn't hold her head up so no way she could have attacked someone. She also said they had a waiting list of people who could pay more than my aunt and that if she wasn't back at Crimson in 24 hours from the psych evaluation she would lose her spot and it bed given to someone else. Everyone sat in a chair in the common area from the time they got up in the morning until bed time, most days no sound on tv...everyone just sat there....and got fussed at if they tried to get up and walk (didn't matter when I was sitting there to witness this). Meals looked really good. Very little activities for the residence. I offered to bring puzzles, coloring books and crafts and was told no. Although she was able to go in at a discounted rate, I don't feel she received the care she should have.

I love it there and their food is good. I don't like to wait. I'm the type that likes to get in and get out. Overall they're nice, respectful, and organized individuals. I give them a five out of five.

What we like most about Crimson Village is that they keep me up to date on everything I can stop in any time no need to call and every time I've visited moms room has been very clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

Crimson Village has been a wonderful experience so far and this community does a much better job communicating with our loved one and family then the previous community. The cleanliness is top notch. We have seen some meals and they seem adequate - they don't get just sandwiches they get meals with meat and vegetables There are constant activities going on for the residents, the staff do a great job encouraging the residents to get out of their room and stay engaged.

This was a nice community from what I saw. They did not have any variability and the cost was not in the budget for my loved one so we went with another community that worked better for my loved one.
This is an excellent and decent place to put your loved one. This community is wonderful. They had a lot of activities and was there for my loved one when needed. This is a great place.

A Place for Mom has scored Crimson Village 7.9 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
