Coventry Place

The Coventry Place has a wonderful selection for my uncle, he is getting acquainted with new friends and enjoying his independence. It’s been a pleasure working with the team and having him be in a space that makes him happy.

So far they are taking care of my brother needs he was moved from the 5th floor to the 4th floor and I don’t think they are doing all that they can do for him like administrator his medication for him and keep him room a little bit cleaner, he seems to be happier being there just the little things that needs attention not must I want to meet with the administrator next week just so we are on the same page. I would like to thank them for providing for him and taking him in. Truly a blessing

Beware of the [name removed] sales presentation about care provided. My long-term BF spent $$ only to stay there one night. They said they provided incontinence care & mobility care, but they have no mechanical lift equipment, and do not know how to use a gait belt. He slid to floor at evening transfer to w/c from sofa because of untrained staff (I was there). EMS had to be called. Staff says they found him on floor next morning & shipped him to Emory ER without notifying any family member. He did not return to the facility. We found his bedding soaked with urine as staff did not diaper him appropriately nor did they clear off dirty laundry from the bed, allowing the mattress to be ruined. Bedroom door had to be removed for wheelchair to fit thru. Bathroom was entirely too small for w/c and had no safety bars, which we were told we had to provide after move-in. Primary nurse refused to attempt bathing without the safety bars. Bathroom wouldn't have fit both of them in there anyway.

This place is absolutely horrible and if zero stars was an option that is what it would get. The place is dirty, there are roaches and don't look in the vents because they are filthy. They will sell you on the fact that you can make any modifications or upgrades you want in the apartment and that is because they aren't. If you complain about anything the response is "well it's old". There is no management on the weekend or security. The management team will become argumentative if you question them too much. They promised upgrades and fixes, which didn't happen and my mother burst in to tears as we were moving her in. I told her to not to unpack because she wouldn't be there long and I immediately because looking for another place. As bad as it was when she moved in it got worse and worse every week of the three months that she was there. If you can afford to go ANYWHERE else please do and if this is your last resort.... I'm sorry.

The need to hire more staff. The residents to nurse ratio is definitely off. There are also major updates needed in the building itself.

My brother is happy with the Coventry Place community. The staff is very friendly, and the cost is very reasonable.

They're good. I have seizures and have been pendant that works in my building. They also check on me every day. I would definitely recommend Coventry Place, especially regarding the cost.

My experience was unique, but I would say yes, they are a good place to go to. I would recommend them.

My loved one was previously a resident at Coventry Place and the overall experience was very good. The staff and care services were good. The cleanliness and friendliness were good, as well. If someone's price range fits this facility, I would say that it is a good choice.

I did this based on conversations with my brother. Not actually being on site Everyone I've talked yo both in helping him get set up there, and after his passing have been kind, pleasant, polite, helpful.

The staff GENUINELY cares about me, my family's situation, and my family member. They checked in regularly. They made accommodations. They helped us with move in. They welcomed my family member to activities before she moved in. They listened to our concerns and made sure they were abundantly addressed. The fellow residents are so kind and welcoming. The level of care is so personalized, I feel comfortable that my family member is getting the best care possible. I sleep better knowing my family member is with the people at Coventry Place.

We are not very happy with Coventry Place. They are not providing the type of care that we expected.

This community has different levels of care and support. Listened to our needs and have been willing to adjust according to my mother's needs. They have been very supportive and up front with what they are able to offer. So far so good.

The entire staff at Coventry Place have been very kind and very accommodating to me and to my friend, who now lives there. They have bent over backwards to provide my friend the help that he needs. I cannot say enough about how nice Coventry Place has been to my friend, who has memory loss. They are taking good care of him. I would recommend Coventry Place to others.

The housekeeping does a really good job. Communication with the family is good, they are very good about communicating anything that needs to be passed along to us. The move in process was very easy. My loved one says that the food is good. Overall, I would recommend Coventry Place to others.

I love it here at Coventry Place! Everyone is nice. I feel very comfortable. The staff is a nice bunch of people, they're excellent. I do not have any complaints. This facility is a nice fit for me. I'm pretty independent, but help is available when needed. The food is good, you can substitute if you prefer. The activities are great, we always have something to do. This is the first Assisted Living place I've ever lived in. After talking to some of the other residents here, I'd say I believe that I made a perfect choice. Overall, I am well pleased!

Everyone, staff and residents, are so kind and friendly at Coventry Place! They maintain communication with the family with any concerns, as well as get back to you in a timely manner. The housekeeping is acceptable with my Independent Living room. They vacuum for me every Friday. Honestly, the meals could be improved. They will box and hold, or even deliver, your meals to your room if you're unable to attend in the dining facility for whatever reason. I would most DEFINITELY recommend this facility to others.
