Everything was good but I think that they need to increase the temperature of the food they serve to the patients.

I would recommend the facility. I have in fact recommended it to another sibling that is going to need a facility soon as well. They keep it very nice and clean. My loved one complains about the food a lot. I know they recently got a new cook and the meals seem to have improved for him. They communicate well. I am always asking questions and they have been good about answering any of these questions.

The nursing and rehab are good. The food is good but there are dietary issues. The admissions people are awesome. The therapist seems to be attentive. The new manager went to buy Ensure for my aunt on Memorial weekend. I think the nurses are attentive. There is an aide and someone in admissions that go out of their way to help my aunt. It is clean.

Coral Harbor is one of the best facilities my loved one has been in but there is not much communication. The nurses are good but I feel that they are understaffed. The staff care is personable, friendly and amiable.

There is a speech therapist that I cannot tell you how helpful he has been. I mean it, he is wonderful! I told one of the staff members this place is just so, so clean. I could bring my food here and eat off the floor, they keep it so nice. I would definitely recommend the facility. The communication I would rate a 10 out of five. It has been so so good. Excellent in fact!

My loved one enjoys being there and they were taking really good care of her. The therapists are helping her be able to walk. Everyone is nice and polite and they made sure they took really good care of my mom. The cleanliness was really good!

So far we are happy with our loved one’s stay at Coral Harbor. Everyone is so nice and friendly. She is making progress in therapy and the staff is all great.

The care seems fine. My loved one seems to be taking to the physical therapy well. I'm satisfied with everything thus far.

The staff always are good to my loved one, they know him and care about him. He said the rehab is good and he likes everybody here. It is surprisingly very clean, especially, in the hallways, the main entry, and his room. They keep me posted on his care.

Rehab therapy went well for my loved one and the therapists were kind! It was very clean, I was very impressed. The nursing care was fine and she was well taken care of. Sometimes they were busy and could not get there quickly but that is how it is. I was not pleased with the food and communication.

The staff is nice to my loved one! It is very clean. The meals looked fine but she just didn't like the food based on her diet but it is what she needs to eat. I haven't heard from anyone at all about her care.

My loved one loves the therapy and says that is her favorite part of the day. She said she gets a good PT workout. The staff friendliness is fabulous and they are lovely there. I find the nurses to be accommodating. She does not like the food and will not eat it. The communication is not good and we have not seen a doctor.

I would recommend Coral Harbor in a heartbeat! The staff are great and the nurses are excellent!

They are nice. The treat you well and make you feel nice and comfortable. They are wonderful. I love them all. You only gets meat on Friday and Saturday. I didn't like that very much.

I'd recommend Coral Harbor! The nurses have been very sweet. They talk to him. He thought he would get more rehab than he is getting.

It's very clean. The only problem I have is about parking.

My father loves the PT and he seems to like it there. The therapy services are fantastic and my father likes the PT person. It is pretty clean. They are getting a brand new gym and once it is done it is going to be a very nice place. Every time I have been there they handle the patients very well. The nurses are very good. The woman in admissions is very, very helpful and I told her about the food issue and she took a note and gave it to the right person. She helped with the paperwork and she was very good. It's definitely clean. I think they could do better with the food for the quality and the choice of food.

The staff and nurses have been good and very nice. They are very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. Their communication is great. We had a great meeting with the staff and everyone was extremely helpful and kind and offered help. At the beginning it was not so good. They are doing the best they can.

My loved one is happy with the rehab. Everybody seems to be friendly. He complains a lot about the call light and it takes them hours to answer it. He also gave them his laundry, and he hasn't received it back yet. It's been over a week. He is not happy about the food at all. He asked for the menu, he never received the menu. They just bring you whatever. He feels that when the nurses switch, nobody is consistent and they all have their own routine.
