My loved one was previously a resident at Coral Harbor and the whole experience at this facility was terrible. The staff was beyond rude to me, my loved one's sister, and to my loved one. The cleanliness was terrible, the facility was filthy. They would let my loved one lie in his feces for an hour and then come clean him and be beyond nasty about the fact that they had to change/clean him. They also charged me for Physical Therapy that my loved one never received. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
6 mths in and my mom's dr has yet to call me. this is the 2nd one i switched cause the first would never call. my mom's bell requests are constantly ignored. she doesn't get any kind of occupational therapy that she is entitled to. her roommate would keep her light on 24hrs and nurses said she has a right to after my mom complained and even called the police. the laundry has lost more than half her clothes w/out reimbursement. she is constantly being given food her (external) knee dr advised the facility not to give her. the nurses scream at me whenever i complain - impossible to have a conversation with them. recently my mom coudn't hear a thing for 5 days and was completely ignored. she was calling me crying daily asking me why i don't return her calls when she couldn't hear me trying to get through to her on the phone. the heater has only one setting that works so its either super hot or freezing cold. toilet wouldn't flush on several occasions.sink water is freezing. on and on.

The facility is very nice and exceptionally clean. I was very impressed that it doesn't smell like a nursing home or hospital. The younger staff members need training on their attitudes.

There are a lot of inept people working there. They gave my loved one food he cannot have.

My loved one likes the therapy a lot but some of the staff are not up to par. During the week they are great and on weekends not so great.

The facility is clean and I do not think they have enough areas for activities. The staff is friendly and the nursing is good.

The nurses are extremely rude. I want to talk to the director and the nurse was rude to the director.

My loved one is well taken care of. There is a lot of nurses doing different things so he does not have a specific nurse for me to talk to. It would be easier to communicate with one or two nurses who know his case. They are all friendly. The meals seem to be good.

It's been pretty seamless. As far as the staff is concerned, everything is going great. Everyone really seems to care about my father. Everything is going the way we want it to. We set high expectations and everyone has met them so far. When I ask for things they are done right away. My father is doing great with therapy. Everyone really seems to care about my father. When I ask for things they are done right away. The aides are great. Everyone is doing their best. It's very clean. That's one of the reasons I chose it. It's an older building on the outside and very clean and updated inside. They give him huge meal portions. I get a couple of calls a day.

So far everything is going well. The staff are kind and give her attention. They are trying to make her comfortable and they are doing the best they can. They answer my calls and are responsive. They are all wonderful. They are trying to help her walk better. We have not had a conference meeting yet. It is one of the cleanest facilities and the best ones I have been to. The meals are very good and she is not eating and the chef is engaging with us to see if he can make food she would like.

They have been very communicative with us and called us every day. I really appreciate the communication and keeping us informed on my loved one's status. She is on an extremely specialized diet and they worked with us on that.

My loved one has only good things to say with her stay there. The exercise class and the food were good. The therapist and doctor are good. She likes the room she is in and she can look out her window.

I think that as a whole they are very attentive and respond well. I think like any place you send your loved ones, you have to stay on top of things.
