Clean & friendly. There is new staff, new food, new activities. They have done a great job from when it was St Francis before. I toured a few facilities for my mom throughout the years and City Creek was top notch. When we were mentally ready to make the decision to move my mom to City Creek, she was in a different physical state so we kept her home however I highly recommend moving a loved one here. Thank you City Creek for considering!

I brought my Mother here for an intake evaluation. [Names removed] and the front desk lady were wonderful. [Name removed], the RN who does the assessment was terrible. She wouldn’t listen to my Mother when she asked her questions and [name removed] kept her music loudly playing while speaking to us. [Name removed] told us we most likely wouldn’t be accepted because my Mother has SSI. I told [name removed] over and over again I would be paying for my Mother so she would be private pay. [Name removed] then called her Business Manager in front of me and they came to the conclusion that we couldn’t afford St. Francis. “They can start private pay but most likely wouldn’t be able to keep paying that way. I agree.” [Name removed] said in front of us. [Name removed] was rude, dismissive and went out of her way to make us feel like we weren’t good enough for the facility. [Name removed] also informed us the new Owners weren’t taking SSI people or people who used Sutter Pace program because those people don’t pay. What a horrible woman and if what [name removed] says is true, the Owners are horrible as well. Lucky for us, we found another place that was wonderful. They didn’t have a problem with me paying for my Mothers stay nor did they feel it was necessary to treat us poorly because I am doing so.
