Westover Memory Care took excellent care of my mom when she was there from 2021-January 2023 in which mom passed. Everyone was so loving and giving and it gave me reassurance she had people tending to her better than I could at my home. I would name people who went above and beyond but I don’t want to leave anyone out. Hope this helps someone who is considering making a decision for their loved one.

My husband has been a resident of Memory Care of WestoverHills for 8 months. He calls it “home.” I visit him almost every day. Here is what I have observed: 1) The facility is bright, spacious, clean, and well furnished; 2) The facility is secure so the residents cannot wander off the premises ; 3)The menu is varied and the food well prepared and tasty; 4) The place does not smell of urine and messes are cleaned up promptly; 5) Residents are treated with respect and caring; 6)The nursing staff keeps me updated regarding my husband’s health status and any medication changes. I highly recommend Memory Care of Westover Hills.

Overall they have been decent, a few times have had to inform them of the cleanliness of her room. It has been the best place for her though, minus the few little things that could always improve. Great staff, very friendly and caring.
We had a great virtual tour with Memory Care of Westover Hills. We liked what we saw but felt that we clicked with another facility more.
They send the families newsletters with a list of all the activities they have going on and you can also follow them on Facebook to see the activities board as well as pictures of the residents. The executive director and marketing team even personally send us pictures of our loved one participating in activities which is very comforting to us, and we do think the value is good.

Our loved one moved in during covid, but from what we could see the community looked pretty clean. The quality of the care services were excellent, that would be a ten out of ten. When it came to the activities, they were pretty limited but they did their best to still keep the residents engaged. The director was very attentive to our needs, and the staff was extremely loving. Even after our loved one passed away some of the staff called our family to just check in on us, they really are very nice and caring.

What really stood out to us in the beginning was how clean the kept the community, and there was no fowl smells. Everything we saw there made it feel and look like a resort. We would definitely commend this community to others.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and thanks for the ENTIRE staff at MCOWH! They are an awesome group and I feel that a great majority of them go above and beyond in their duties. Their activities are great. The facility is great! I knew when I found Memory Care of Westover Hills, I found a forever home for my father. Prior to living here, I had placed him at 3 other facilities that I just wasn’t feeling the care and support he should have been receiving. After several years at Memory Care of Westover Hills, I know I made the right decision for my father. The staff is impeccable and truly love and care for our loved ones as if they are their own family member. I can call or come by anytime (prior to Covid19) and always found my father clean and well cared for. The staff do an outstanding job of taking care of their residents from celebrations to listening to music, activities, massages, dispensing medication.... etc.... Hats off to all the staff, especially [names removed] for maintaining the high level of care for their residents .... At All Times ????????????????

April 22, 2020Ms. Hutchison, you are so sweet, thank you for your kind words. It is our privilege and honor to care for Mr. Hutchison, you and the family.
I would never bring my father back to their facility. He were there for 1.5 years and I saw the decline in his health. [Name removed] is a horrible director. She tries to make herself sound as though she is educated, caring, responsible and has the resident best interest, but fails in every way. My father was over medicated to make their lives easier on many occasions. I have seen so many individuals there decline in health and a few pass away. When I removed my father from there, I had called 1 month in advance to give them notice. [Name removed] made it very difficult, and charged my father for the month that he left. When I called to make sure they were not going to charge me for another month, [name removed] said she was because I did not give them a 30 day notice. She is very hard to work with and tries to come across as a good person. She accused me of cursing at her when I used the word "[profanity removed]" . I told her she needs to get her [profanity removed] together due to the fact, that she asked me to submit a copy of my POA for the 3rd time. I guess her virgin ears were offended. Give me a break! There are good people working for them that due care, but the top person in charge is her and honestly in my opinion she is not qualified.

My step-father was a resident at Memory Care of Westover Hills. They have the most caring staff and greatest facility. He was always taken care of in a great manor. His room and the rest of the facility was always clean and never smelled. The food was the best that I have ever experienced. I am very pleased with the care that he and us as a family received while he was living out his last days. When Season's Hospice was called in, they along with the staff at Memory Care were the best we could have expected. Thank you all very much for such a comforting time during the last days.
