It is not perfect but my loved one was taken care of by some very kind caregivers. I also think it is good to remember they are doing the best job they can. If a person is unhappy with something they need to voice it. The administration works hard to correct the situation if possible.

They are professional and a good place for your love ones. I liked the layout, room size. Looked more like a home than a stark facility. Staff seem to care about the people who call it home. I would recommend this place to other people.

I met the Community developmental director at Cardinal Court, when considering possible long term care for my father. She was professional and kind. She walked me through the process for if that time came and continued to check in with me for support and encouragement as I cared for my father. On one of those calls, I expressed the turn of events that I was having at another "Rehab Facility", she along with the Administrative director and Nursing director helped me get my fathered transferred and settled. Within a few months my father was social, active, walking again, eating and happy! I cannot express our appreciation for the care and love you've all shown. From the awesome Nursing staff and Caregiver's to the Secretary and Receptionist; Business manager; Activities coordinator; Head chef; Maintenance director and 'Everyone' in between, "Thank You"!! What a wonderful community, clean, kind and professional!!

Overall I would say the care is good, the staff is competent and helpful. The residents always look clean. There are daily activities for the residents. They offer; Bingo, pet therapy, religious services, crafts and nostalgic movies. They respond to concerns in a timely manner.

Cardinal Court seemed outdated, and not a good fit for memory care. More like the typical warehousing of elder residents that one thinks of with little regard for memory care. I would not ever consider placing family there ever.
The Cardinal Court staff and caregivers are some of the most caring and compassionate people on the planet. They have been very responsive to all my needs and questions. They have taken exceptional care of my wife.

My mom has been at Cardinal Court for approximately 18 months. I have nothing but positive words for the professionalism of the staff, the quality of care delivered, and the condition of the facility. Anyone faced with the difficult decision of finding a place for a loved one should pay Cardinal Court a visit.

If you have family members that need memory care, I recommend you take some time to tour the facility. After an accident, my father was in several facilities for rehab until he needed long-term memory care. I called and toured several facilities and was most impressed by the Cardinal Court facility and staff. I visit my Dad at different hours of the day, always feel welcome, and am impressed by the staff's patience with the residents. Various members of the staff have provided recommendations on ways we can help my Dad as he transitions into his new living arrangements. While no living situation is perfect, I feel like the staff does their best to care for the residents and keep me informed as well.

If you are in search of a residence for your loved one, I highly recommend Cardinal Cour to be your choice. This facility checked off every box we needed and then somewhen we were in search of a place for my father. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your loved one feels like they are right at home. The staff is specialized to provide the needed care, compassion and experience to those living with Alzheimer's Disease, Dementia and other memory issues. I knew my father [name removed] was in great hands, plus the facility has special safety features and protocols in place that gave me piece of mind. The staff does not make one feel like they are just another number, but rather treated with love, compassion and a part of the community. The staff provided updates and kept me informed of my father's health, wellbeing and other matters. Thank you so much to [name removed], [name removed]and all of those who made my father feel like he was right at home during his stay at Cardinal Court

Cardinal Court came highly recommended by a family friend whose mother has been a resident for several years. During my initial visit I was overwhelmed that I had to decide on a new home for my mother in less than 10 days. Our original plan fell through and I was desperate to find a facility that could properly care for my mom. I spoke with [name removed] over the phone and she was so compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. I set up a tour the next day and was very impressed with the facility. It was clean, no weird odors, and the residents were in the common areas. I liked the fact that the residents had the entire community to roam and were not locked into a small unit like other facilities. Move in was easy with only needing clothes, bathroom supplies and a couple of personal touches such as photos. Everything else was provided. Which for us was a huge bonus. My mom has been at the facility for 6 months and I am very happy with her care and communication from the staff.

It's been a whirlwind since mom went into assisted living in the middle of the pandemic. Everything happened fast and we needed more help than we knew. Cardinal Court gave us peace of mind that she would be taken care of when we couldn't be there, but, more than that mom has found her passion for art again and spends all day coloring instead of hiding out in her apartment watching TV. It's wonderful to see her have the best quality of life she can at this point!

My 79 yr old brother who has dementia, has been at Cardinal Court since 4/22/21. I have had 2 family members in nursing facilities who both had dementia so I knew what to look for when I took the tour of Cardinal Court back in April of 2021. I did not see one negative thing about this Assisted Living place. All of the staff from [name removed] the Administrator, Nurses, aides, receptionist to [name removed] the maintenance man have been doing a very good job of caring for my brother. A special thank you to [name removed], the Director of Nursing who patiently takes the time to explain situations honestly regarding my brothers health.

My mom is a current resident and I am very happy with the level of care that she receives. The staff is friendly and attentive with the residents. Having taken care of my mom for several years, I understand the challenges when it comes to memory care. The staff treats the residents with a great deal of respect and kindness. The residents are also encouraged to be engaged in various activities. Cardinal Court feels like a family environment and it is the staff both on the floor and in the office that make that possible. Highly recommend Cardinal Court.

My sister, who is [age removed] and has dementia and Parkinsons entered CC in [date removed]. I am very pleased with their assistance and the care of the staff. They specialize in older individuals with mental issues as well as keeping close watch on any medical conditions. There are three sit-down meals a day and a number of activities suitable for people there. I recommend CC for anyone dealing with a relative having mental issues.

They had just come out of COVID quarantine protocols when we went to tour. Most of the residents were in their rooms. There wasn't much engagement with other residents. The community encouraged a lot of time for the residents in their rooms. The community had a nice outdoor area for the residents to go to, and they said the would take residents to outings.
