I think they do physical therapy and occupational therapy well. But their food is not very good.

I am very happy with the setting and the facility is well kept. The staff is attentive with plenty of staff there. There are two staff members who both are proactive with keeping me involved with what is going on. The food looks good.

My loved one has more access to the care she needs. She has had some adjustment issues but everything is okay. There is an aide who provides good care and one of the nurses is pretty good with giving updates.

My loved one is walking better than when she got in. The staff tells me things and are really friendly when I walk through the door. She likes the meals and is eating all of it so far, but she says it's cold when it gets to her.

We used the facility a couple of years ago for my mother and that visit went very well. This time around it seems to have really gone downhill. Morale is very poor. The therapists are trying hard and the people up front are friendly because that is what they are paid to do. Anyone else including the nurses is just sluggish. You press the button to get the diaper changed and it will be a long time before they help her. By this time I have already helped her myself. The food quality has gone downhill. It's a beautiful facility but they have a lot to work on.

It is just a really nice, clean facility. They have great nurses and my loved one likes the food. Overall, she is being taken care of there. They are very, very friendly. She says the food all tastes good to her! They keep us in the loop every time something changes, even if they have to increase her medication. They keep us informed.

Whenever I have been there, the facility is beautiful and everyone is helpful. I think the nurses are doing well and they try hard to please her. I met a couple of the nurses who are helpful and keep me informed. Everyone is really friendly. They answer my questions when I ask. Everything is really clean. I think it is okay, but she does complain a lot. She said she did not get her shower when she was supposed to. They are short staffed. It takes a while to get help. She has not enjoyed the meals.

I think they did a good job. The therapy and nursing care were fine. It all seemed clean and didn't smell.

My loved one has been treated great. The nurses are on top of his medication. The therapists are working him hard, and we are very pleased overall. It is very clean, and I never smell anything bad ever. He would like a little more seasoning, but he likes the meals over all.

Everyone explains things to us. They are helping with the guilt we have doing this. They are communicating well with us. The therapists are working with my loved one's memory. They work really well with her. The nurses are doing a great job. The staff are even-tempered. It is very clean. They clean any accidents up right away. She likes the meals.

Canton Oaks is great. The staff is very caring and helpful. They seem to be truly concerned. Everybody is very, very nice. The person in admissions has been very, very helpful. I have not seen anything that was alarming. The breakfast is great and tastes good. It has been awesome with constant communication with me. This is my first time experiencing this, and they informed me of everything.

They seem to be good caregivers. The staff is friendly. The primary nurses do a very good job and are very gentle with my loved one. She has eaten well. One of the first things I noticed was that it was all clean and smelled like cinnamon.

My loved one said the nurses were good to him. The food was okay. Sometimes they did not get in there to turn him when needed. A lot of times, there were things like bandages stuck to the floor. It looked like it had not been swept.
