[Name removed] I was always pleased with Lexington place. My mom was happy there. That is what mattered to me. My dad was also a resident there as well. He was happy there also. I have absolutely no complaints regarding their care. The staff cared. Both my parents have passed now and I have no regrets because they lived their entire life happy and satisfied. Thanks also to [name removed] the activity director for the many acts of kindness toward both my parents. You are a blessing. Lexington place is awesome.... Read more

This place is dirty, filthy & disgusting!! The food is disgusting, they throw things on the floor & then use it. The showers are beyond disgusting, there is black mold all over, filthy floors, used toiletries and towels all over & the smell will make you sick. They use sheets with stains on them, blankets that smell and never have briefs and wipes. There are patients that come in your room constantly and take your stuff, the maintenance goes through your personal belongings and they steal your stuff constantly. They don't respond to your call light, an hour will go by and you have to keep calling front desk. They are lazy & don't want to bathe you, the employees are rude, unfriendly, and dirty and lazy. Do not leave your loved ones here!!! Also there are huge bugs in the rooms and they do nothing about it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROSS PLACE!!!!

Lexington Place is AMAZING!!! While it is an older facility, the Staff and Admin are top notch! As we found out recently with our mother being a resident at GreenValley Health and Rehabilitation on Rufe Snow in NRH, Tx....the Staff is only as good as the Administration and Management teams. When that changed at Greenvally...the Residents are the ones who suffered! Brian and Pauline at Lexington Place are THE BEST Nurses one could ask for to care for their loved ones! My mother has not had ONE skin tear, bed sore, or ANY issue since becoming a resident at Lexington. The CNA's are wonderful and loving and actually "take the time and care" to see that our mother is getting her correct foods, and eating well! She has gained almost 10 pounds since she came to Lexington (and that is a GOOD thing since she only weighed 83lbs upon admission to Lexington). The facility is always clean and I have observed nothing but top of the line care giving for all of the residents at Lexington! Kudos to the Administrator and Management teams for running such a "perfect" place to have your loved one stay!

Nice little place. Learned it was a sister facility to Keller Oaks, which is where my grandma stayed last summer for a week and we really liked it there. Our contact person was a wonderful host and appeared knowledgeable and open to all of our questions. Room sizes are average, they are putting fresh paint all around. There are 4 residents to a bathroom though, and my grandma makes FREQUENT trips so this could pose an inconvenience to other assignees. CLEAN SMELLING...YAY!!!!! Overall, we were ok with it...no complaints.
