Cambridge Court

My father didn't have a lot of money for his care and for the money it was clean, he was well fed and taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Community is easy going. Not trying to impress. The building is very old, mostly wood. Probably a real fire trap and we have had no tests on evacuation my whole time here. Carpet in halls is outdoor carpet , cut to fit. Looks terrible. People are nice. All staff is Spanish speaking and some speak no English even though they're caregivers for English speaking residents. Causes a lot of bad feelings and dissention.

Easy move in process. Small place that's outdated, but clean and friendly staff which is most important. The caregivers are great. Meals are good. Overall a solid place. We picked this community because the; two deciding factors were: 1) the proximity to my home and workplace 2) cost

The place is a shambles and needs so much updating. They property is run down, and there is a huge turnover in the caretakers. I found someone stealing in my loved ones room. There is always trash outside of my loved ones room. Cockroaches in the room as well. Facility is very run down. They do have great food and activities.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the maintenance man is very helpful. I like the size of the apartments but they could be slightly updated, however they are still really comfortable.

The friendliness of the staff is inconsistent, some are very friendly and others not so much. The meals are not good at all, it all process and fried it is not good for any type of medical diets. The residents do not really participate in the activities, they do not have much going on so that could be improved.

If this is the general care that they are looking for then it is a good value for the cost. The staff put up with my mother and do it with a smile. This is a very clean place also. Great local value.

This is an older building, but is well kept. [name removed] really liked the room choices she saw, and has one picked out. This place seems wonderful for her and she is planning on trying to get together the $$ she will need to move there. The staff all are really friendly and the place overall has a feeling of peace. I am glad we saw this one as it is also close to where her doctors are and will be a good help for her.

My loved one is very picky. She had two criteria, and Cambridge Court met them right away. 1) Good food. 2) No odor. It's very clean, and they're very friendly. They try to offer lots of activities. My wife and I are even considering it for ourselves down the road - it's that nice. We looked at other places, but this one was within our budget and checked all our boxes.

Administrator was a no show for the tour. Receptionist took us around. Building was tired and not well maintained. Low end building. Assisted living not independent living.

I liked this facility the best. Rooms were a nice size some with little kitchenette. Staff and residents seem happy there which indicates good management.

The staff is friendly, the residents seemed happy to be there and also were friendly. There was an alarm that went off for a while that bothered us. From a resident that pulled the cord in their room for assistance. Not sure what took time. But overall was pleased with what we saw and mostly impressed with the interactions I had with people there. I think my Dad would like it there. Only down side is he can only afford the shared apartment, and not a single room.

During my tour of the Cambridge Court, I thought it was a very nice community. The place was clean and maintained well. The tour guide was the able to top answer all of my questions and give me helpful information.

I am really enjoying the company of the other residents. The staff is all very friendly as well. The place is clean and there are a lot of activities available for me to join. There is room for improvement, the kitchen staff walked out a couple of weeks ago so the meals are lacking. I hope it gets fixed soon.

We are happy with the excellent care from this community The staff is very nice and caring. The community is always clean when we visit. The menu is very good with a nice variety that is offered. He is staying busy with a lot of the activities that are offered. We highly recommend the care and the value for families wanting very good care for a loved one.

The tour guide that was supposed to give us a tour of Cambridge Court never showed up. We were running a little late and called ahead of time and they said they were running late as well. We arrived and waited for a while, but there was no show. From what we saw the community needed a little more updating to it. Some new paint on the walls and other little changes.

The community at Cambridge Court was very nicely kept. It was maintained very well and clean throughout. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They offered me a tour and we enjoyed the community. It was a nice option for our loved one.

Our experience has been great. Mom is well taken care of.

My dad is getting use to the environment at this community. I think he is doing fine enjoying his meals. The facility is clean, the staff do a good job. Activities are available and my dad has made some new friends.

So far everything is going good for my brother here at this community. He has adjusted well to the community. The staff is wonderful, they have been very pleasant. The community is very well maintained, his room and the facility is always nice and clean. He loves the food, they serve fresh meals, with a variety of choices. Everything has worked out very well. I would highly recommend this community.
