Here, you can receive as much or as little help as you need. All residents of Brookdale Vista Grande are given personalized care plans before they move in, so they can find relief knowing their needs will be met. These care plans are flexible and will be updated as care needs change. Residents are able to find assistance with medication management, bathing, eating, and more. Staff members can also coordinate services with outside healthcare providers, as needed. Rest assured, staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency situation. Keypad entries and a 24-hour security system are also in place, providing added safety.
With supportive services at your fingertips and the peace of mind provided by a secure living environment, you can watch your concerns drift away. It has been a nice experience living here. I am very satisfied overall. It took me time to adjust but the staff helped me with that a lot. The nursing staff is friendly and helps me a lot.

My mom was welcomed into this community with open arms. Kind and caring, the staff continually strove to make my mom happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a place for their parents

I find it to be more about he people here. The set up of the building does not matter, but the people here make it a good place to live. I feel very comfortable here. For the most part, the management really do care and do what they can to accommodate them.

My father was a resident at Brookdale Vista Grande briefly for a Respite stay and most everything was very good for him there. This was our first and only experience and it went well. My father said that the food was just okay. The friendliness was great!

Have had trouble with call necklace and people coming to help wihtin reasonable time. Issues have been addresses immediately and all is better now. Concerbibg helpful staff around.

I feel relax. It is better there than with my family because I feel relax. I don't feel pressure here. I feel very good because all the staff treat me very good !

We toured with Brookdale Vista Grande and it is a smaller and very nice facility. But it is assisted living and my sister needs independent living, so we had to keep looking.
Employees sometimes come into room abruptly.

All in all, everyone has been great. The employees are more than willing and happy to help. With all my allergies, the kitchen has been trying to take care of them. Gluten free bread has been out.

I love calling Brookdale my home. The staff is very attentive and caring. One thing of bother is hearing 'pop, pop, pop.'
