Brookdale Rotonda

The experience has been good. I picked them because it was small and on one floor.

Staff is friendly, courteous, happy and always willing to help, they know all the residents by first name and make them feel wanted. Great and fun activities for the residents. Meals are very well prepared and good variety. Nursing staff always keeps me informed of any issues and of any medical treatments. Visitors are always welcome to participate in all activities.

We had a wide choice of senior living homes when my dad moved to Florida. We toured several places, I compared them all, and I talked with the various residents at each one. Some were larger, some were smaller, costs varied, and there was a lot to consider. But hands down, Brookdale Rotonda beat out all the rest. They have activities inside and outside of the building on a regular basis. All of the residents are really happy there, including my dad, and they genuinely like the food! This says a lot, because if they aren’t happy in their final years for any reason, what’s the point? We definitely made the right choice!

My Uncle has been a resident for a while now . The quality of care that he receives makes me feel so much better and I don’t have to worry . Also they are great communicators . I receive emails about events , weather , and care regularly. Thank You

Walking into Brookdale Rotonda is like coming home to family. Everyone greets you and makes you feel welcome. My sister in law's mother now lives there and has asked why we didn't do this sooner. She has made many friends and loves the staff. They take very good care of her and treat her like a queen.

Brookdale staff has been wonderful at caring for my parents as they need more and more assistance. They handled the end days with my mother with care and compassion and continue to care for my dad with the same care and compassion.

This industry, pays, "low", expects, top performance, but, *is not getting desired results! *Evening staff, is too reduced, to handle an emergency...[ 50 people, & 2 staff employees, at night?] Still receiving complaints, about the meals..[ Not, Breakfast]....$[removed] a month, & still receiving complaints! { UnACCEPTABLE}

My mother moved into Brookdale Rotonda in February of this year, so approximately 10 weeks ago. The move went very smoothly and everyone at the facility has been very friendly and accommodating to her needs. She has gotten involved in many of the activities offered, which is great because she remains very social. She is enjoying the meals for the most part and really enjoyed the picnic at the park. This move has been a major life change for her, but she has a positive attitude and I am sure she will continue to adjust with time.

I was sad to hear of the 10% + price increase...considering the lack of staff at the night shift...[ & a few other lesser problems]...laundry et al....The price increase is justified How? :O{{{ I know that many facilities do not rate this high....ButYou leave much to be desired....at this new rate!

We recently moved my sister-in-laws mother into Brookdale Rotonda. The staff made this one of the most seamless and pleasant transitions. She is so happy to be here and raves about all the attention she receives and the wonderful food. Thank you for all you do!

My Aunt and I are very blessed that she is there with so many wonderful people ! She loves Happy Hour & Triva . The food is fine . She would love more Delicious apples . The place is always clean . Her bathroom fan is to loud she says.

We moved my mother in in August 2023. It was the best decision we’ve ever made. The staff is caring, loving, and so attentive to my mother’s needs. To see the transformation from where she was in August to where she is today in December is nothing short of remarkable. She smiles she has a glow about her now that I haven’t seen in years. We moved my mother-in-law into Brookdale Rotonda and she couldn’t be more happy. The staff made the move seamless and have been over-the-top helpful to get her moved in and comfortable. The staff at Brookdale Rotonda are phenomenal. They helped me and my family during a very scary, difficult time. My mom was hospitalized for 11 days and then in a rehab facility for an additional 9 days. Making the decision to move her to Brookdale Rotonda was an answer to my prayers.
