The Piqua Brookdale provides exceptional care for its residents. The staff are genuine caregivers and service is authentic. The residents feel cared for and valued as individuals and not simply as bodies filling rooms to maintain occupancy numbers.

Our mom has lived at Brookdale for 2 years. She’s happy there and well taken care of. We are especially grateful to the nursing staff who are exceptional. We are always greeted with a smile, and feel Mom is treated with dignity and respect.

The staff at Brookdale are very caring and helpful. They go over and above trying to get my father involved and handle him with respect and caring when he decides he has to leave. Thank you for all you do.

When my father made the decision to move to Brookdale-Piqua in the [date removed], there was already a strong trust established with this staff. The sales director, executive director, director of nursing, were so informative and thoughtful months before he moved. I had sent photos of how dad wanted his rooms arranged (to look like his home). The staff, especially the maintenance staff, made sure he was comfortable and that he knew he could depend on them. He grew to love the staff and it was obvious that they loved him. He praised their work and devotion. We knew he was safe, happy, and received quality care as we could hear it in his voice. When the facility was open again in the spring, he celectrated his 99th birthday! It was important to him to greet everyone, to join in exercise classes and bus rides. He thought he was 'good for Brookdale'. He was! My family is grateful for these kind caretakers, who are responsible for his positive thinking.
